In Germany, beer is labelled as a food. This goes back hundreds of years, when the serfs drank beer as a meal. The fermentation made it safer to drink than water often. Beer making should be used to Unite a Global Brotherhood.
By choice, I have not had a beer or any alcoholic beverage since 1978. It was a combination of my dad dying young due to alcoholism and my becoming a Christian. However, I due know native German beer preferences. They criticize all American beers and the criticism is harsh. Yes, I have heard this from Germans who visited the USA and tried American beers.
I would be willing to state that they’re the best of American beers. When I go to social gatherings, the two most frequent brands I see consumed are Sam Adams and Coors. However, even Coors has become less popular recently.
We had a friend back in high school that went to Germany as a exchange student and stayed in a home with a German girl and they had Beer daily and being underage was not a thing there.
The German beers were too hoppy for me in general. Jaeger Pills would actually turn to green slime if you refrigerate it. I did like the Danish beers though. One time at a Danish Officers’ Club, a small band of us drank every bottle of beer and every bottle of booze in the bar. They gave us a free dinner. Flying the next day was a challenge. But adrenaline clears your head fast.
I think it was roast beef, flowers, hot sauce, straight pepper and other bizarre things. And we toasted with their last bottle of Old Danish Schnapps. That didn’t stay down for a lot of the guys.
A glass?
That's just getting the taste buds going....🍻
🍻
Particularly German beer, not the weak American brands.

As someone who visits Germany periodically, I can attest to this.
Bell's & Sam Adams enters the chat 💪
If Bell’s and Sam Adams were allowed to sell in Germany, they would not make a profit.
Have you ever tasted either?

Understand.
Most American beers these day are nothing more than piss water, and many are now owned by foreign companies.
However Bell's and SA are definitely not in that category...

Coors is what I call a "canoe beer".
If you're drinking it you don't want to be in a canoe....
Oh great an expert is telling us what to think again because of a study that I’m sure wasn’t paid for by beer people with foregone conclusions.
funny.... that's an infant's glass....
It's a Irish shot glass.
🤣
Thats great and all if true, but the substance alcohol is poison. It inflames your entire body.
^
I'll drink to that study.
I always told my wife to bring me a "vitamin B" when I wanted a cold beer! I must be sykick! Kek
I have cases of vitamin B stored away just in case company shows up.
I have company quite often....
Other sources of B vitamins... Quit alcohol after 16 years, it helps nothing and only destroys.

Do you remember what you ate?
😂🍻

I'm sure the person in charge of cleaning the bathrooms were not very happy....
They lucked out a little. Several didn’t make it past the bushes. 🤣🤣🤣
German Beer is probably much more nutritious than American “beer.”
So I'm getting over 200% the suggested B6 every day?

Boosted brains drink alike 🍻
And remember to aim for the one in the center...
