Exactly what happened to me after my heart attack. They put in a stent and then gave me prescriptions for blood thinners, blood pressure reducers, stomach acid killers, etc, etc. Extremely high doses of some. I stopped taking them when it seemed to be destroying my liver and my kidneys. Now I just take an aspirin every day and some vitamins. I'm not concerned. I'm living on borrowed time anyway. The kind of heart attack I had should have killed me (they call it the widow maker), but it didn't. I waited 18 hours trying to walk it off before going to the hospital, and unless this is the afterlife, which would suck, I didn't die. I figure God kept me alive for a reason, so I'm going to stay as long as he wants me to.
i agree with your point, AND i think as the "healthy foods/products" ramp up, the treatments will be ramping down, theoretically, hopefully...but both need to be active at the same time, imo...
