He missed all the most important parts though, and was completely ineffectual in promoting Individual Sovereignty. I have NO CLUE the real intentions of anyone. We are watching A SHOW, full of ACTORS. But the actual evidence (if you look in earnest) doesn't support Vance (or anyone else on the world stage) as anyone actually and effectively teaching us what Individual Sovereignty REALLY means (you know, like the DoI was supposed to base our government on?). In fact, Individual Sovereignty is hidden from everyone, still. There have been hints of a broader understanding, and I think it will be revealed at some point (I hope). And it will happen when people demand it (which is the only way it can happen).
