Damn, that's crazy! I've always believed there was more than one Joe Biden but this just proves it. In total I've seen 2 Joe doubles. This one I call "Comedic Joe", he's average build and more outgoing and gregarious. They have another dude who is taller and stockier than the real Joe, I call him Linebacker Joe. He's more for the far away shots, Comedic Joe is for closeup crowds as you see here.
