As the spending goes up because of fraud, so does our tax dollar's in oder to pay for the fraud, so yes it comes out of our pockets indirectly. I do believe the game plan is no Federal taxes or significantly less, the rest will depend on your State taxes.
Yes I wonder about that also. If it goes back to us-it will probably with stipulations-if you have so much money then we get a lot less. If we have no money we get a little more. If our adjusted gross income is so and so...a lot less (than anything we should be getting) we always get slighted, but the bad politicians (and other can steal as much as they want and so far...NO CONSEQUENCES).
