Simple. Until Chicago gets a handle on its violence and theft problem, they have to figure out how to provide services to these demographics. No business should be forced to operate and have to bear the expenses because the Chicago government can't do their jobs.

They want a Pharmacy? Then have the city leadership agree to pay for the extra costs to do business in that city which will provide security protections for the business entity:

• Pharmacy will have a modification to its business location's entrance to add a second, secure, bulletproof exterior vestibule. All customers must enter here in a single file, and submit into a secure lockbox the following: 1.) photo ID, 2.) insurance card, and 3.) method of payment, which will be held by the pharmacy until customer has paid and is ready to exit.
• Any customers who enter through this point agrees to be photographed to verify ID, then videotaped at all times while in the store. These images will be maintained in the store's secure, verified 'Customer Database'.
• Metal detectors/scanners will be used to prevent entrance with contraband items.
• Customers will not be allowed entry if they are wearing any of the following: hoodies, loose baggy clothing, niqabs, burqas, scarfs, face masks or other occlusive garments. Full face and body shape must be clearly visible, and customer must be able to be identifiable.
• Each pharmacy will have a trained, armed security guard on duty for all open hours.
• Exterior parking will have 4k cameras and secure, gated entrance for customers only.
