🔥The Trump Admin has begun sending massive fines to illegals, being charged $998 per day for being in America illegally - This isn’t a new law, Trump is just enforcing the law - President Bill Clinton signed the 1996 law, including 8 U.S.C. § 1324d, into law on September 30, 1996.👀

So…if you know where to send the fines….duh…just go arrest them.
One would think, but that would be expensive in terms of time and resources as it would require a massive increase in (trained) manpower and other "overhead" resources (land and air transportation, food, overnight and temporary lodging, lawyers, medical services, etc., etc., etc.) to see deportations through to completion because, as we've seen, illegals, Democrats, woke leftists, bleeding-heart liberals et al find MANY ways to impede lawful deportation actions.
THIS tactic, on the other hand, "should" prompt more illegals to self-deport (at less cost and effort to the US raxpayer).
Why?
We tried "the carrot" (allowing illegals to choose when to go, to take some/most/all of their possessions/assets and giving them $2k-$3k plus a free airplane ticket if desired).
That worked for some, but those who didn't take "the carrot" now get "the stick" (take their possessions/assets and leave asap to avoid paying [retroactive] fines that may have already eaten up the value of most of their possessions/assets, but if they stay and are prosecuted for non-payment, they get forced deportation which means they take none of their possessions/assets with them plus they can't return to the US for any reason).
The smart ones "should" "see the writing on the wall" and voluntarily leave asap. There will, undoubtedly, be Democrat/leftist/liberal outcries and actions against this and those who (to the disservice of the illegals) convince illegals to "stay and fight", but their chances of success are dwindling as the screws keep tightening on the illegal alien problem.
So is it easier for Ice to arrest them or by compelling them to leave the country voluntarily to escape the fines? Just sayin'
Fantastic. Now lets use it to discredit the hell out of the left. They are going to reeeeee over this but its going to be funny when its, "well actually Karen, this law was signed by Bill Clinton. Its not new sweet heart." LOL glorious. Yall use this one wisely.
“Bless your heart”
Nice. Now start seizing the property and money.
If they deport themselves, let them keep a small amount,if they leave this year.
And enforce the laws that prohibit illegals from being housed, employed, etc. Businesses, landlords, DMVs, etc must be punished for breaking laws encouraging illegals, aiding and abetting, etc.
Exactly. It takes a whole country and a whole team to get rid of the problem. Stop letting these motherfuckers take what belongs to us.
Let's give them free flights back to their "shithole countries", so they can improve them, to be like America, they don't want leave from.
The Trump Administration has begun sending massive fund to undocumented people in America illegally
One woman who’s been here for over 20 years illegally and had 3 birthright citizenship babies just received a $1.8 million dollar fine
Undocumented people are now being charged $998 per day for being in America illegally
This ain’t a new law, Trump is just enforcing the law
The $998 per day fine comes from a 1996 law (8 U.S.C. § 1324d) that allows civil penalties for failing to depart after a final removal and deportation order.
The law was rarely used before but is now being aggressively enforced under the Trump administration
Fines can be applied retroactively up to 5 years, leading to bills of $1.8 million or more
If you’re in America illegally, this is your sign to leave

✨President Bill Clinton signed the 1996 law, including 8 U.S.C. § 1324d, into law on September 30, 1996.
Context
8 U.S.C. § 1324d, which outlines civil penalties for certain failures to depart the United States under a final removal order, was added as part of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA 96). This legislation addressed a wide range of immigration enforcement measures, including expedited removal, employer verification, and penalties for violating immigration rules

The law was passed by Congress in 1996 and incorporated into Title 8 of the United States Code. Specifically, 8 U.S.C. § 1324d was added by Public Law 104–208, Division C, Title III, §380(a), on September 30, 1996

SO fitting/"ironic" that a Democrat-enacted law is coming back to bite the Democrats and their agenda in the a-s.
A few televised and online-videoed enforcements and discussions of this law would be great.
It might also be good material for video shorts and physical flyers.
"Something" has to prompt self-deportation - maybe THIS will do it.
Maybe we stop judges from taking on BS traffic tickets & have those judges take care of backlogged cases?
Wow. What a nice gift from Bill Clinton, thank you!
bc GOT his arm twisted...by the White Hats!!!!!!! They KNEW this would come up and this was the "PREPATORY INSTALLMENT" of where we are today!!!!!!!
Does the fine also apply to the 3 additions? So her “fines” are actually $3,992.00” per day!
Just how do you bill an Illegal?
i wanna see them collect it........
The democrats are such liars.
Pay up fools!!!

I hope she is made an example of. Get her out.
You would think if they took the trouble to go through the process of retaining an attorney, most likely at taxpayers expense, that it would be known to at least the attorney that there was a removal order in place that their client choses to ignore. Therefore, with Clinton's law being already in place, the risk of financial enforcement was always in play. The system just chose to ignore it since it was never enforced until now.
