Out of everybody who is gonna be brought up on treason charges, I feel that Barry has the best chance of seeing the hangman's noose. The others will get long prison sentences, but Trump is going after those who directed the actions against him. Plus with no immunity, that just pulled the rope a wee bit tighter around his scrawney neck. But his demise won't happen until all the appeals are heard which might take a few years. Heck, Barry might die of old age while waiting on all the appeals.

Judging by what has occurred in our government that is being revealed, this is likely to be one of those rare times. But the point is well taken, can a foreigner (Obama) be convicted of treason? Or should our country just declare war on him?
If you go and look up the actual laws involved in what is involved in treason cases, you'll see that none of the people accused of treason here fit those paramaters.

Enemy combatants that commit treason MUST be tried by tribunals. Tribunals do not have a large record of appeals, if any.

If he is not fit to be President at all, due to the disability of not being a natural born citizen, then treason is not applicable.

Treason is very hard to convict on. That's why, in the entirety of our country's history, there have been only a handful of people found guilty of it.
And only one or two were actually executed for it. In 250 years.
