Notice it doesn't have a seat harness. If anything goes wrong (which it will) and the thing tilts or bucks... rider goes airborne.
The helmet and leather outfit and gloves would protect a motorcyclist from road rash, but falling from 30 to 50 feet up at velocity is a different story. The leather outfit and helmet keeps the squished body parts in one handy container, making cleanup easier.
Exactly what I thought when Ironman, in the first movie, parabola-ed into the dessert sand at, what, 150-200 mph.

It's 120 decibels. To noisy for anyone nearby. And the intense downwash would also limit its uses.
Nice music throughout the demo: Probably as noisy as 10 lawnmowers. Also suspect this toy has a 10 minutes flight time limit before having to refuel. The dust it kicks up is an added bonus. Looks good though!

This is a great first item. The physical ability to do this has been around for a while. The missing piece was the flight control. I am guessing AI or at least neural net. I bet that the 10 minute flight time will be doubled with the next model. How long will it be until we are watching air bike races?
I would go see that race. That would be tons of fun.
