This “emergency declaration” is 10,000 times more powerful than The SAVE Act.
The Supreme Court has already ruled on this exact situation. Back in 1983, they ruled that the only way for Democrats to overturn a “National Emergency” declaration by a President was by a 2/3rds majority vote in both chambers of Congress. Good luck. It won’t happen. Impossible. Zero chance.

This could explain why the Trump admin 2.0 does not seem to care about The Save Act, Thune, RINOs, etc. The power of the national security emergency is even better, stronger, and cannot be blocked by activist judges.
I don't know what the trigger would be for this, but it would have to be initiated soon enough to guarantee the coming midterm elections in the fall...
The EO is why I haven't invested a lot of outrage about the useless senate doing anything with the Save America Act. Thune is a traitor and I will be glad when he is removed from office by arrest or the voters.

This is why Trump said he wasn’t worried about the Midterms. He was always going to do something like this. I do believe the Save Act was nothing more than to expose the RINOs in the House and Senate so Trump would have leverage in primaring them out of office. So far it is working great.

Have military personnel in every polling precinct within the borders of America. Have them watch the poll workers, check IDs, and stand guard for any nefarious doings. Clean this crap up now.

I think big revelations are coming out about pfuckery in several states. Do an Emergency broadcast and tell the whole country every bit of of the steal tactics from every state. Like Katherine Ethridge of True the Vote said, "they had 100 ways they cheated"

I’m all for the this action. From my understanding, Patriots with expertise in vote fraud, and who had access to those foreign whistleblowers who changed votes remotely, developed and submitted a detailed plan over a year ago to President Trump. The plan included the National Emergency Declaration due to foreign interference. Wayne Allyn Root appears to be taking credit, which is unfortunate.

I would say flood the WH website with this idea so that Trump knows that we support it. I agree, stop focusing on the Save Act. It is dead in the water. So the conversation needs to shift to an Emergency Declaration.
Despite Mr Root taking credit for this, I think it was inevitable. If I truly believe in the plan, then initially proposing the "Save America act" falls into the "you have to show them" step.
Because the save America act is absolutely common sense, and it still can't be passed.
Something must be done quick.
