The purple circle is 100% the ComputerShare DRS symbol/ logo that signifies directly registering your shares in your own name with the official transfer agent and removing them from brokers control so they can't be loaned out.
It's basically like having a paper stock certificate in your name.
As you probably know, GME just released their quarterly earnings report early (yesterday) and the stock went nutso after hours. Their performance exceeded expectations and they announced a $2 billion share buyback.
This will help increase the earning per share also. Could be good leverage for an eBay buyout.
