Yup. CCP printed/shipped ballots and Venezuela rigged the voting machines. Iran and CCP probably coordinated hackers to get into the non-dominion systems.
Although she rambles in this clip, she does say that all the enemies of the US are working together. That's different from saying Venezuela is the top dog overall. Even though, apparently, they would be the top dog for election hacking.
Its always been obvious that it was the cartels to me. All you have yo do is follow the money. Maybe being a recoverig addict helps with perspective. These drugs have a hold on a very large nunber of people who will spend every waking moment of their life funneling money to the cartels. The cartels then use pawns and violence, not to mention an unfathomable amount of money (10s of billions) playing by their own set of rules to slowly creep out of the alleys and into city halls one town at a time, concurrently, all across the world. Always increasing their grip on humanity. If it didnt stop when it did the world would have been lost.

I wouldnt be suprised if pulling the plug on rx narcotics was a plan to begin the massive shift of humans to the cartels too.

I remember all of them mentioned at the time. So many countries getting named increased my skepticism, but maybe they were involved, too.
The enforcement side of this story needs to break soon.
