Every time that you get attacked, remember whose side you're on. You are here because you're not a victim. You are here because you've been persecuted by evil people of all walks of life. You are here because you decided to wake up and put on the armor of God. You are here because you have loved ones that you want to protect and you want the best and clearest sources of information. The battlefield is now digital, because they want our minds and our souls corrupted. If they can control those, they can make you do anything. But only God can deliver us from that, with the aid of the holy spirit within all of us.
The enemy has to look in the mirror and face judgment someday. That is not our problem. Our job is to help Jesus save as many souls as we possibly can before our times are up. If somebody does not want to come to the faith on our account, our job is to give that to God, because we did what we could. Our job is to forgive those who have wronged us. And to pray for enemies to turn around, repent, and do the right thing. I think a lot of what we lack as a whole is forgiveness. The enemy cannot stop us from that. The enemy can also not take away our God from our hearts. They don't want you to believe that, because they want to control you. That is it. They count on us to be bitter and to hold on to our grievances and to destroy ourselves from the inside out. They want as much infighting as possible, so that we're distracted and not over the target.
They mean their evil deeds for evil, but only God can use it for good.
We paint ourselves with the blood of Jesus to receive eternal life and just go home someday. By doing what is right in God's eyes, we are His vessels for witness, that Jesus died for our sins, and will save all of us who believe. We all have our different days where we're called to come back to our Father. Keep waking up with your purpose, whatever God has called for you to do. Don't give up because we're on His time.
For some reason, I felt called to post this, and I hope this helps somebody. I am still searching for my purpose, but the easiest way to find it is to engage with the word of God and do the next right thing.
TL; DR Stay focused on the mission. And you can do it.

" some reason", the Holy Spirit, dwelling in you. Thank you fren, God bless.
I can only pray it is. Thx
Life is indeed a “warfare”; and just as a man enlists in our army for a term of years, and then his service runs out and he is free, so every believer is enlisted in the service of life, to serve God till his enlistment is over and we sleep in death. Our charge and our armor we shall put off together.
Brethren, you are soldiers, enlisted when you believed in Jesus. Let me remind you that you are a soldier, you will be always at war, you will never have a furlough or conclude a treaty. Like the old knights who slept in their armor, you will be attacked even in your rest. There is no part of the journey to heaven which is secure from the enemy, and no moment, not even the sweet rest of the Lord’s day, when the clarion may not sound.
Therefore, prepare yourselves always for the battle. “Put on the whole armor of God” and look upon life as a continued battle. Be surprised when you have not to fight; be wonderstruck when the world is peaceful towards you; be astonished when your old corruptions do not rise and assault you. You must travel with your swords always drawn, and you may as well throw away the scabbard, for you will never want it. You are a soldier who must always fight, and by the light of battle you must survey the whole of your life.
We carry in our hands a sword; we have but to use it in one great life-battle and then it shall be hung up on the wall forever. Let us glorify the grace of God while we are permitted to remain on earth to glorify it. Let us up and at our enemies while there are enemies for us to fight. So now, in this life let us resolve in the name and strength of God the Holy Ghost, with all our force and vigor to glorify God, who has appointed us our warfare.
I don't know who that is, but he is a genius.
Early 20th century Christian scholar I believe.
Someone shared that quote with me the other day and I thought it relevant.
encouraging words, born 1834, preached until shortly before his passing in 1892.
a Baptist, he served as pastor at the London “Metropolitan Tabernacle” (and with the social situation I had to look is it still there and confirmed they are still there)
Amen! ⚔️☝️🙌✨
Amen, fren! 🙏
God Bless you and thank you for the words of wisdom.
I used to be that person who held a grudge. If you did me wrong, I would find a way to get back at you or I would relish when bad things happened to you. These days, not so much. Just let it go, carrying stuff like that on your conscious is unneeded stress. Stress is a major contributor to heart disease.
I'm learning to actually truly forgive people, because I have the same problem you used to have. But once that revelation hits you like a freight train, you can't go back to that.
Jesus suffered more than anybody, and was still forgiving and praying for people at the time of His death. We have no right to hold anything against anyone, when Jesus literally died for that. By sinning, we are helping crucify Him, and each time we disobey, we are telling Him that His blood wasn't enough.
I am a very justice minded person, but what got to me was, we want life to be unfair in our favor when we die someday. Jesus chose to give Himself for all of humanity, because there is no way that we can even be in the presence of God and live otherwise. We want to get into heaven, and the only way to get in is a way that humans would consider unfair, which is the blood of the Lamb.
Hell is the only place where you truly get what you deserve. So we can do the best we can to serve justice lawfully to those who need the justice, but we have to give it to God. Vengeance belongs to Him, and He will make it right. We have more important shit to do than to hold grudges, like you said.
Amen! Your words are so true; the way the apply to me bring shame and tears to my eyes ... and eventually joyous HOPE to my soul.
"Jesus suffered more than anybody, and was still forgiving and praying for people at the time of His death."
My prayer becomes: Sweet Jesus: take me by my hand, lead me, guide me, in ways best to serve You. AMEN
God bless you fren. Great message. Very uplifting and something I needed to hear..
You said you are still looking for your purpose. Just curious if you have any leads on what that might be, what do you enjoy, what are some of your gifting/talents
I'm very passionate about walking along side people as they grow in their purpose. Maybe we could talk more inPM or if you are ever willing....I'm up for voice chat. No pressure just felt led to put offer out there . God bless. Much love
I'll send you a p m Unity is the one thing we need right now.
Right on I look forward to hearing from you. Unity is definitely needed. Big things start from small places. Praying we can lead the way and others will see and want to follow us to fellowship.
I am embarrassed but I don't know how to PM lol. I thought i could remember but I clearly didn't
I gotcha
Thank you fren!
Thank you.
Yw.
If you believe in Jesus and believe that He died for you, to live forever with Him in Heaven, You are the Bride and your name is written in the Book of Life...
Your last line made me click through and comment. Years ago in an interview Michael J Fox was talking about what kept him going through his health issues. He made a comment about so many focusing on doing the next thing right…his focus was to do the next right thing.
Sounds close to the same but very different focus.
My wife has it on her white board in her shop for the last 10-12 years. And lives by it.
Your wife sounds like an awesome person and I love that she practices what she preaches.
See, these secular motivational speakers are full of shit if they don't preach the Bible
The fear of God is the single best motivator for doing better. Wisdom starts there, and why would you piss off God who created you for a divine purpose?
You don't need a self help book, you need wisdom from God
Thank you. She is amazing in so many ways. And has made me a better person and to keep striving for better.
Powerful!
You are here because God asked you to bring His Light to this place.
That's the mission, soldier. 🫡
Nice to see everyone here at the barracks checking in 👋

Amen Fren! This 👆
This is a good word. Jesus never ran after people who didn't believe or couldn't commit for some reason. He just spoke the truth.
People who have not put their trust in Christ have the wrath of God abiding on them. God is angry with them literally all the time, but in spite of that he loves every person and calls them into the shelter of His Son. In Him there is no wrath, just peace with God in His abiding love. Jesus' blood cries out for mercy, and there's no way His father is not going to listen.
Samuel said to God, Speak, I am listening, for a reason. He is calling for us and we have to listen. He will stop calling eventually. And that should scare the life out of you.
His sheep hear His voice.
I meant Hebrews 12:24: God listening to the blood of Christ calling out for mercy instead of judgment like the blood of Abel.
I don't like "scare the life out of you." I understand the agreement with my premise, but the language is wrong. I used to live in fear that God would abandon me for not living up to His expectations until I realized my fear was the result of me dragging the obligations of Old Testament Law into my New Covenant faith. That was never going to work because the two covenants don't work by the same principles (Jeremiah 31:32, Matthew 9:17). It's no longer fear but faith, and no longer performance for justification but justification by faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. As for the life going out of me, the eternal life that is in me flows from Jesus who gave it to me for believing he is the Son of God who takes away the sin of the world.
Pardon me for having to declare all that, but I am being careful. Agreements can be a snare the devil can use to bog us down, and I want to be clear with him that I stand in agreement with Christ alone. I won't agree with fear anymore than I would agree with a doctor who tries to give me a date for my death. Neither will I agree with the premise that the life of God can go out of me by something that I do or do not do.
Well said fren.
Yeah, I just had a text exchange with some people and had to do some truth "carpet bombing". I kept it civil, and people are coming around. One of them even quoted Revelations without any prodding. Keep going, keep grace, keep doing what needs to be done. All things good and holy.
Every week I get accused online of being both a Nazi and a Zionist. Usually on multiple occasions.
To me that’s a sign I am on the right track.
Bro same
I got called an extremist for saying that Jesus is the only one to follow and all other beliefs are incorrect. Now I am being bombarded by atheists (who really just believe in disproving Christianity, which in itself is a religion).
Cliffe Knectle is a great guy to listen to for atheist debates because he explains common questions and arguments in a way that anyone who tries, can understand.
Ecclesiastes is a good way of saying that there is no meaning to what we do and live for without God being the center of it. King Solomon did everything worldly and even the wisest man is powerless without God. Atheists always use this argument that it is all pointless. They are correct, but they're missing the "without God" part, which they know deep down to be true. They're just angry and misunderstanding Scripture.
