I have to wonder what information was given to grok that it made its assessments using
Starlink. Tracking phones using the built in cell towers, and its recently come out that starlink sats do in fact have cameras on board. Many of them on each sat. They can see and track everything, everyone. And Grok crunched all the numbers.

Probably used for the GAT, Guidance Apportionment and Targeting. I did that for a while. Imagine an extremely complex schedule with aircraft, weapons, tankers, targets, surveillance assets, etc. coming from land, sea, remote islands and other countries. With multiple constraints like: deck cycles, crew/aircraft availability, tanker fuel potential offloads, radio frequencies to be used, etc. And the strikes need to be deconflicted.
