Former Arby’s manager spat on sandwich while having active herpes outbreak, court filing claims
A civil lawsuit filed in McCurtain County claims a former Arby’s manager in Broken Bow spat on a customer’s food while knowingly having an active oral herpes outbreak, and that the customer later tested positive.
Intentionally spreading a disease should carry a long sentence in a drug testing facility that does experiments with new treatments to eradicate the disease. It's the only way these human carbuncles can bring about any good from the situation.
I like that. Better than insane asylum.
Agree, we know restaurants (if having to test employees) will pass the cost on consumers, this making that Cheeseburger $30
Great Idea!
THIS is the reason restaurants are failing everywhere. We used to eat out several times a week and now we only eat out when we are starving. We always prefer to eat at home since Covid.
If I see any foreign employees and can’t see the kitchen forget it.
That’s because I don’t trust their hygiene coupled with their simmering hatred and envy for us.
We mainly only go to our local pub (highly rated, lots of rewards) where all the staff are locals. Or the local Chinese, where these guys have lived in our town for over 40 years.
Everyone should support local businesses.
Same. I've gone out to eat like 3 times since covid.
I still go out with friends and family. It's just not Arby or fast food unless I'm traveling.
Lucky you. Friends and family abandoned us before Covid and thought we were crazier when we tried to warn them about the clot shot. My sister and her husband were the only two that listened and didn't get the shot but they think we went off the deep end with Q. Life goes on!
They all came back because they know I was right. My friends and family are honest people and they admit it when wrong. Howls.
I used to have many golfing buddies and when the shot came out, I told them not to take an experimental vaccine. Only a couple paid any attention to me. The group of us were talking in a text and several said they didn't want to share a cart with anyone that was not vaccinated and of course, ya know me, I entered the conversation and asked a very logical question. I said if you are vaccinated, why are you worried about those of us that are not vaccinated? I didn't realize the ones that got the shot were NOT logical. Anyway it was the end of me playing in the group anymore. Kek
My sisters were telling me not to infect mom. I was banned from the house so I moved some 3000 miles away from Washington.
After that, they all like, "Meet us in Vegas." "Meet us in Boston." "Come join us."
I asked, "Are you not afraid. I am not vaccinated."
"No, we not." I laughed at them.
Scorched earth time.
So many crazy.
sick pig
So many demons taking on human forms.
Nope not eating out…showing the wife this. SO much money saved🤣
A good way to make her feel special is to cook for her...
Everyday fren…
You are good and disciplined.
There is little to no benefit from eating out anymore. If the mentally deranged practices of the employees don’t harm you the industrial ingredients used definitely will.
Then there's the bill...
Lazy people like me want to once in a while. LOL
People eat at Arby’s?
LOL
Employees are tested for drugs, why not add diseases to it?
I don't think so. Many sickos working. You can't do that.
Just a civil suit? This seems criminal.
I thought it is criminal too.
Cook your own food. Too many crazy people in this age
I do want to go eat at home everyday though.
