I've seen the videos from India where you see them manufacturing products in filthy conditions, using their bare hands and feet and putting it on the unclean concrete floor. If you do a google streetside address search, you can see that some of these labs are in rundown, poor areas you wouldn't dare enter due to safety risks.
Why can't the U.S. manufacture these essential drugs under supervised sterile conditions?
