That’s a win for sure. Be aware before you buy a 2027 Toyota or any new car. They will have cameras inside watching you (some may already have that, saw a video recently not sure of the type car.) Also supposedly your insurance company can get your driving record and adjust your insurance price by how you drive. As well as the car company can charge you to use the heated seats after purchase. There’s a lot of changes coming that’s basically spying on the driver.
I can agree with that! Even if they don’t spy on you they are junk. My dad works at the local ford dealership. He’s in his 80’s and greets people, shuttles people when car in shop & picks up cars. I don’t ride with him! Guess they are desperate. The ladies that work in repair say the new trucks are junk. Always in for repairs. Either the gmc or Chevy trucks transmission goes out at 1000 miles. I follow a small car repair shop from Georgia. He’s always doing videos on what cars not to buy and general issues with buying new cars.
Yes, he works Tuesday- Thursday from 8:30 - 6:30. He retired about twenty years ago from Sprint, started out with the local small phone company climbing polls. It was sold in the 80s to whatever company bought it. I can’t remember it’s been sold so many times. He grew up very poor & his dad tobacco farmed, basically a share crop. He didn’t own the house it was owned by a big rich family. When his dad died his mom had to move. He’s always worked a lot. I think because he didn’t want to be poor and he wanted his kids to have a better life. He was working for another car dealer driving cars and picking them up. Then he started working at the local funeral home until the owners son took it over. He tried to stay but the guy is a terrible manager of people and the company. I know that’s true because I went to school with him. He’s a spoiled kid that’s a man now. He stopped working for a few years until he found that job. I admire him for his work ethic and giving us anything we could want. But he was never home and when he was it wasn’t a great environment. He’s a recovering alcoholic since 1985, the year I graduated high school. It just made him meaner not drinking. He never hit up but the verbal abuse to me, my brother and mom was horrible. He’s still like that towards my brother. He knows not to with me and my grandchildren because I don’t put up with it. Unfortunately for him I have his attitude and don’t put with junk. I’m not like him in the the ways. I get frustrated at times but I’m very careful not to act like him. He finally broke my mom talking mean to her. She gave up in her last ten years and wasted away until she couldn’t do anything for herself. I’ve forgiven him for myself not him. Yesterday I was over, he’s next door to me. My family all live on same land, but each owns their lot and homes. He walked out and my brother said “I won’t shed a tear when he dies”. I’m very careful not to speak like that. One, it’s not right. Two, I’m a Christian and don’t wish anyone harm. Also you never know if you are being recorded. I get along with my brother but he’s not right. He’s had lots of depression from childhood trauma and had shock therapy thirty years ago. Hasn’t been the same since. TMI, I know. It’s crazy living with a narcissist. Thankfully I have my husband for support. But, yes he’s a workaholic and never missed a day of work. Worked every holiday and rarely took vacations. We were happy he was at work on our vacation days. I have some good memories with him. My grandparents were more like parents than grandparents. I’m not complaining and had a wonderful childhood. I didn’t always get along with my mom. But she made sure we had stuff, a good home with her and took trips. She once told me she should have left him for us. I said, you did what you thought was best for us. I don’t blame her. I really don’t blame him. His mom told me his dad was the same. It’s not easy to overcome the bad things in your childhood. But you shouldn’t be a product and victim of it either.
Almost all modern vehicles are equipped with a "black box," formally known as an Event Data Recorder (EDR). Integrated into the airbag control module, it does not record continuously; rather, it saves 5 to 20 seconds of telemetry—like speed, braking, and steering—only when it detects a sudden change in velocity or an airbag deployment.
Latin America has the Hilux. It makes sense to build the Tacoma in the country where they are selling it. If Toyota was building in Mexico their truck that is highly popular in the USA, they could risk Trump tariffs.
Japan is the only ally we have. East Asians and Whites need to ally against the Islamic, Hindu and African hordes
Can we include South Korea in that? I agree 1000% on Japan.
Depends in if they can end the cult of the Daughters of Megalia.
I've never heard of that.
Oh boy, quite the story here, from a South Korea native.
Basically, everything is controlled by eight women--and the birthrates show it.
The question now is, who controls those eight women?
Texas is set to gain 2,000 jobs from this investment alone 👏🏻
This is exactly what I voted for. And it will ONLY get better from here!
no one can afford new vehicles, americans are credit-maxxed so no more loans
where are these tacos being sold, to african/middle-eastern warlords?
The invaders and H1Bs will be able to afford them.
Im thinking about buying a tacoma.
Better fix those engines tho…….trans too….

There's no good reason to buy new cars.
I can agree with that! Even if they don’t spy on you they are junk. My dad works at the local ford dealership. He’s in his 80’s and greets people, shuttles people when car in shop & picks up cars. He's in his 80's and still working?

Thanks for the explanation.
It would be even better if it was produced in Tacoma. That will never happen in WA state with its dictatorship. But, I’m happy for Texas.
Subaru builds the Ascent, Outback and Crosstrek in the US.
That’s a VERY big win. Cannot underestimate that one.

I would love to own a new Hilux. That's a vehicle you pass down to your kids.
