If you car was involved in illegal drug sales / buying / transport... your car can be confiscated for being used in commission of a crime. You lose that vehicle.
If your house is used for illegal drug sales or buying or storage... your house can be confiscated due to being used for commission of a crime. You lose the property.
Pass a law stating that 18-wheeler or haulage vehicle driven by an Illegal Immigrant (with or without an issued CDL) is confiscated. Automatically, no appeal, no "sorry", no paying a small fine... Truck, trailer, contents... all now become government property. After losing a few trucks to the government, and losing entire trailers and loads of goods... trucking companies will STOP hiring illegal immigrants. They can't afford to go broke having their entire vehicle inventory taken away.
That's the one and only way to bring this to a halt. Not through enforcement on the roadways... but by making sure that NO trucking company will hire them in the first place. The state can issue all the CDL's they want... but if no trucking company will hire them, then the illegals still can't work driving trucks.
Simple, stop every truck registered in blue states, arrest illegals eho are driving, immediately deport them. Let their company worry about the delivery and return of the truck.
I am in CDL school b/c I can no longer find a job in my original career path. The below is for a class B (straight box truck 35' with air brakes).
Class A you need all of this plus 125hrs & even more prechecks, trailer & air brake checks.
Calls B license you need 100hours of training on the truck in a parking lot, straight backs, off sets, parallel parking on both driver & passenger sides.
Pre trip A (front of truck, engine, brakes, tires), pre trip B (side of truck & underneath, brakes, air tank, rear).
In cab check consists of five individual airbrake checks, plus dashboard, lights, fire extinguisher, emergency road traingles, fuses blind spot mirros. You need to have all of these items down before they will take you on the road after you get your permit.
They states that refuse to copmply should have their federal funds removed asap & any deaths on their highway due to illegal CDL holders, the governors & transportation authorities shold be brought up on manslaughter. A class B truck weighs 17,000 lbs empty, a tractor trailer takes 450' to stop in perfect conditions at 55mph!!!
The training you speak of is not necessary for you to obtain the CDL. Knowledge of the parts you mentioned in the pretrip are needed but the hours are not. Example you get your learners its easy! I have Dump trucks multiple. You pay me for my time I take you to the tests! You fail you pay to retake rinse repeat. You pay me for my time and equipment lease short term with supervision.
Anybody who is withholding information from ICE should be charged with complicity to commit death if an illegal harms a citizen while these feckless bureaucrats are busy trying to stop American progress.
If the cost savings of using illegals were reversed, they wouldn't use them. Any truck being driven by an illegal/ non-licensed driver is hereby forfeited. It will be sold at public auction. The trailer can continue to it's distination with another truck after inspection

Want to solve the problem once and for all?
