Last week I had a massage by a little Chinese lady, she cracked my neck and fell asleep for 24 hours. I wasn't sure if I had a relapse.

Dutch news paraphrasing: 'he was apprehended with a car full of "no kings" flyers, in reference to the anti Trump rally this saturday. Also, his friend who hasn't seen him since high school said he is a Trump supporter'

Sorry for your loss. Had a long distance relationship for a while with a girl in TX until that covid BS screwed it up, her dad had the exact same mentality.

It wasn't like that, while waiting for the plane they call out your name and overturn your luggage in front of everyone. Plus they start scanning with some sort of device, not sure what it does. Drugs, explosives, IDK. Could also be because i always have some shooting gear with me, which may cause an alarm or something. I always try and go shoot when I'm over there, unfortunately things like the M150 or mortars aren't legal to shoot over here.

ah, so that's why I was called for a "random extra inspection" for 4 or 5 of my last flights to the US.

It's been too long since I was there. Cheapest prices I can find in Amsterdam are 98: €2.019/l (which my car needs..) 95: €1.819/l Diesel: €1.559/l

Diesel is always the "cheap" gas in europe, gasoline like E5-E10 is much more expensive. Wasn't diesel more expensive than gasoline in the US usually?

They dropped a lot, not to the level of where I bought some in 2020. But the dividend this quarter was already paid, so if it gets back at previous level for the next quarter I'll buy some more.

It's in €, so that'll be the price per liter. Calculated to $ per gallon it would be around $6,45 per gallon.

Hmm.. Let's see now.

To join NATO, a country must demonstrate a commitment to democratic principles, maintain a stable political environment, and have the capability to contribute to the alliance's defense. Ongoing conflicts can hinder these requirements

So an unelected dictator hardly sounds like a commitment to democratic principles. OK, let's read on:

NATO's Open Door Policy allows for the admission of new members, but it emphasizes that candidate countries must be stable and secure. A country engaged in an active conflict does not meet these criteria.

It almost sounds like Ukraine is ineligible to join nato. Although, that asshole rutte is no stranger in ignoring rules that don't fit him.

So every time he walks out he's reminded why he's doing it. Smart.

I don't think they can just pick and choose cases at a whim. That's why it took so long for Roe v Wade to be overturned, it took a lawsuit that got upped through the different courts to finally have the case presented to SCOTUS.

Fun part is, the case was made by a left-wing activist who wanted it to be a nation-wide thing, with the same rules for every state IIRC. Only to find out it wasn't a law at all because Congress didn't make it.

So that cunt warren was hounding him about making profit off of pharma while she has their fist elbow deep in her dried up box?

I know.. The ones I got wrong were basically brain farts as well, "when was the Constitution written". 1776! Oh wait.. It would have probably taken some time to write it up X

Another one about Benjamin Franklin, I mostly know him from the science prospective. The "key on the kite" experiment with lightning. 2 of the 4 answers were dumb, so basically a 50/50. Either President or diplomat, figured why would a diplomat be taught in Dutch schools? X

Who wrote the Constitution was another one I got wrong, also a 50/50 because 2 dumb answers, Madison kind of vaguely rang a bell but Jefferson sounded much more familiar. X
