When I was 15, it was 2015 and with the double election in my country, EU migration crisis, ISIS being out of control and everything, politics were harder to ignore than ever before. I think around the time I found out about the American Supreme Court gay marriage ruling I noticed some parallels between narratives in different countries and concluded it must be some international criminal organization coordinating all this shit.
I tried not to overthink it and eventually stopped caring and went full normie (until the events of 2020, of course) but I think it really makes a point that I did not need anyone - not right wing politicians, not letter LARP man - to tell me there was a Deep State. When I found out about all these "crazy conspiracy theories", it merely confirmed my suspicions.

TRUMP NOT DISAVOWING. Think about it. Millions of people follow Q drops at this point, and they're 100% convinced it's legit. If something as big as that exists and is out of your control, you don't know what the next post might be and you never want that risk.
In that case, it would have taken less than a minute for Trump to do the only sensible thing and tweet "I have nothing to do with Q".
