Symptomatic (sick): 0.4 MG of IVM per KG of weight, Daily, for 5 to 7 days.

Prophylactic (preventive): 0.2 MG of IVM per KG of weight, Weekly, Day 1 and Day 3.

(I've been on the Prophylactic protocol since December 2021.)

Side note: For anons with high blood pressure issues -- one of IVM's listed 'side effects' is hypotension -- it's used off label in Africa as a blood pressure med.

I've been taking IVM prophylactically since late 2021 (when it cured my case of covid or whatever the crap was)... the IVM has lowered my blood pressure so much that I've been able to reduce my med dose by 1/2 to 3/4 -- and there are days now where I don't need to even take it.

Side note: I've been on IVM prophylactically since late 2021 and also put myself on HCQ prophylactically this summer, because my "lovely" sanctuary city now has cases of malaria.

What protocol are you following? I'm pretty sure the ones I've read and have been recommending recommend one dose per day. If there's a new or different protocol, I'd love to add it to the list.

Make sure the dose is calculated based on his weight. Just don't arbitrarily increase the dose.

What about the IVM -- does he need it? Will his old (home) doc allow it?

You can do this! And yep, first get your weight and general health/stamina built back up. Then come up with a plan for the meds. (I'd be happy to share my info/experience with you. DM me any time.)

I've taken myself through three withdrawals successfully, with no assistance from doctors/the medical quacks -- benzos, SSRIs, and a dopamine-reuptake inhibitor. I got rid of the benzos first, then the SSRI, then the last one.

A very, very slow weaning process worked for me -- slowly reducing the dose at carefully regulated intervals. In place of the Rx poison, I now use a combination of amino acid supplements.

It was hard work ...but well worth it. I still have difficult days, but it's manageable...and my Life is so much better now. :-))
