It built rapid response tools for the military "during the Afghanistan withdrawal, databases to transfer Ukrainian military and humanitarian aid, drone detection technologies and more."

How did that work out?

When "How it's Made" was on TV, any black or Mexican worker was always described as the expert or skilled worker. The white man...never. It was DEI before DEI was cool.

Heathkit made really good stuff. Depending on how good the assembler was they were easy to fix, well laid out and engineered very well.

I paid it forward with a lot of kids watching me the same as I did. I never minded anyone watching me, especially on projection TVs. You could go into someone's home and see the screen and gun lenses were filthy. You'd clean the lenses, the mirror, and the screens, adjust the convergence perfectly. The thanks I used to get when it looked like a new picture again was just as good as the money, probably more so.

It was an awesome experience, he was from the old school tube days. Me, from solid state world. We learned much from each other.

It only takes a minute to plant a seed. When I was a little boy, maybe just a bit older than that kid, a Sears repairman came to fix our TV. He let me watch and described what it needed to be fixed. Fast forward to 1989, I got a job at Sears as a TV repairman. I had taken Electronics in High School many years after I saw that TV guy, and had kept at it ever since I watched that TV guy fix our TV. I was hired because the road tech was retiring, the same TV repair guy. I got to work with him for about a year before his retirement. I worked in the electronics field my entire life. Now retired at 59. I chose that career because a guy took a minute to be kind when I was a kid. And yes, I got an awesome set of tools.

I would like it for Marketplace but there's other options. I left in 2015 and never went back. It really is fakebook, no idea who is honestly living the life the claim they do. Usually if you have to brag about anything then it's suspect.

Oh I can believe that. There is need for IT stuff. But the bloat should go. No need for an IT department in every single department. Absolutely there are complex routing, data storage and servers. The end user sure isn't able to maintain that. What gets to me the overlap. Every department doesn't need "that IT guy" especially high tech jobs. We maintained access and security devices and servers. And even we had IT guys. We WERE the IT guys. 🤣

I Retired from PSU, while I worked there in access control and security it wouldn't suprise me if the University had more than that in IT. Their job was to make everything you do harder by locking your work computers down. My wife still works for PSU from home now. If she so much as needs to change printer drivers she has to call IT, wait until someone is available. IT acts like its still 1995 and machines need boot disks with drivers set up. All they really do is make life difficult with their god complex. 2FA would be enough to sign onto work relayed apps but no, the entire machine needs to be controlled because they assume no one even knows how to turn on their machine. Self fulfilling job security, cause problems, solve them, the act like, "see, we're still needed"

As a former Catholic I can attest to, "going to hell" That was a tenant of your upbringing, don't confess your mortal sins to a pedophile, going to hell. If you think that sounds hyperbolic I was a victim, I went to Catholic school, an alter boy first to twelfth grade. First six in the Catholic school, the formative years, then 7-12 in public school but served until graduation. I was also taught pre marital sex would send you straight to hell. Imagine having that drilled into you from a very young age, even before you know what sex really was. Then being molested and having to walk into a confessional to tell the same guy that molested you your sins. I really though the first time I had sex I was going to be struck down the next day and burn eternally.

If you ever wonder why more folks don't speak up, read about Narcissistic abuse. The same reason abused women sometimes don't speak up. After so much mental abuse you really feel like you're the problem and should do better. The head fuckery is beyond anything a child should have to endure. From having pins stuck into my feet, to tickle torture, and other things I don't care to share. To this day I have problems shameful thoughts.

Get your kids out of the Catholic church, it's roulette with their mental health. A priest told me once "not all priests are that way" I said I really don't want to risk it with my own children.

Do they really believe that would do any good. The only thing it does is make them criminals.

Go buy a 20-minute compound. Start spreading it in, dry, spread more, dry, spread more, etc... For real, though, that hole needs a properly supported patch. You could quickly cut a patch in and use 20-minute mud with mesh tape. 20-minute stuff gives you time to do it quickly. It really needs a proper fix, though. Any quick measure will probably crack o ver time.

Don't feel bad, I tumbled down my stairs and my head went right through drywall at the bottom like yours. If there had been a stud there, I'd have broken my neck. I hit so hard I can't believe it didn't come out the other side.

Ohhh sometimes, you know your parents turn into your kids at some age and you have to let them make their own mistakes until they learn. Sadly I think they're going to be that 4-6% that never wakes up.

I watch scam baiters on YT once in a while, it gets recommend so why not. They're pretty good, they gain access to the scam center's surveillance cameras and show the scammers pictures of themselves and their call centers on their monitors. Of course they freak out, they don't even know they're inside the scam baiters virtual machine set up with all kinds of bait and Trojans that give the good guy complete access to their own networks.

Thing is they're the exception not the normal and do good work. My Mother is a typical older bait victim, she's a hard core Democrat and as such the need to virtual signal is like breathing. She fell for some guy calling as her grandson who needed 3k to get bailed out. He said he didn't want to call his parents because of shame. This my nephew is an Officer in the USAF, certainly wouldn't need to call grandma for 3k, but she took the bait. Thankfully the folks at the bank as she was trying to withdraw the money called the scammer out and she was saved. I mixed feeling about a bank asking why she needed 3k, but in this case, small town friends sniffed it out.

Then she fell for some Preacher in some African country needing a truck an 2k. He showed her pictures of kids chained to trees and wanted to help remove these kids from their captors. Thankfully again, somehow she convinced a car dealer to send this scammer the money. Of course through my mom, I think they gave her the money just so she wouldn't lose her own. It's a write off donation to them so I belive they didn't care.

The need to be a hero is so strong with some people they're easy targets for these scammers, tell a little tale of hard ship and they fall for it. The instinctual virtue signaling overrides any skepticism.

She calls me gullible because I'm a Conservative Republican. Both my parents really feel they're better people because they vote for the party that "helps" people. I just want to reduce taxes for the rich and take away their Medicare, frustrating. They watch CNN and MSNBC like a religion.

This takedown is probably is just drop in a giant lake of these scam centers. Good all the same though.

Nothing more than an underhanded gun grab from the usual suspects. It shouldn't surprise me that Democrats keep trying to protect people with misguided regulations.

How many more people does Trump have to "put front and center" until all the turncoats are exposed? I'm guessing ACB was a move like that? Nothing else makes sense. If every single corrupt person needs some kind of "outing" we're in for a long ride.

There's too many people, watching MSM to get the message. Until the corrupt media is tamed we'll see people championing Ukrain and Zelenskyy like our lives depend on it. Older folks just sit and watch nightly news, get their minds warped, hate on Trump and go about their business. My folks are about as NPC as you can get. Talking with them is like entering a different planet, it's so strange. Everything government good, everything Republican conservative bad.

Isn't this a bit like suggesting a he will declare war, albeit a goods war against the US? All because we don't want to go broke funding corrupt Zelenskyy?

Thank you so much, finding dosage seems like a crapshoot. Some good stuff there. 3 days on 4 off might be better according to a video I saw there.

I did, about 5 days ago they said it should move in a couple of days. Giving them another day and will email again.

A Doctor from Pakistan working in my area looked at what I got and was suprised I could even get it. That was from reynoldsmeds, he looke it over and thought it looked legit. He said he was giving the horse paste to his regular patients because it's so hard to get here. The brand is Iverjohn - 12 I wish you and your family well, much prayers.
