That is incorrect. Section 2 of the 25th amendment states the procedure. A new VP would need to be nominated and confirmed by a majority of both houses. With the VP currently holding the deciding vote in the senate, there could literally be a stalemate until next election. The only time SOH becomes President, is if potus and VP were to be removed from office via death, or both were found guilty of a crime. The presidential line of succession doesn't bump everyone up 1 step.

I fly around 100k miles annually. American refuses to mandate vax for staff or customers. They seem to be the best option. I'm executive platinum and get to fly 1st class all the time.
