My redpill journey has been about 5 years and looking back to the start, so much has changed in my life. I now pray which is possibly the biggest change. I don't binge watch TV anymore and instead read more books. I've gained a green thumb since the pandemic made me get more serious about my vegetable gardening. I now actively vote with my wallet and have so many boycotts ongoing it feels like the stores I refuse to shop at outnumber where I will shop and I'm okay with that. Honestly, I just look at the whole world and people different.
