I got lots of files since the Q shit hit the fan back in 17.
This is what I am putting in one of those files today.
Regular readers of my posts and comments are familiar with my theories about Mike Lindell and Gregg Phillips and what their respective roles are in the unfolding Q plan.
What I think is, the only reason "they" occasionally troll us (for fun) and each other (for even more fun) is because most of the heavy lifting is done, and we are in the final phase when "they" take final (in the eyes and in the minds of the masses - the public) control away from "them."
That doesn't mean that the movie is over. Far from it. "We" are either at the end of Act II or the beginning of Act III, but we are definitely passed the half way point (I know cause I always have to go to the bathroom and to get more popcorn right in the middle of a movie. Its a gift.)
And don't think for a minute, if "they" don't think "we" are ready they won't just start another movie. Damn this multi-plex world.
I have posted and commented before expressing disbelief that, among others, Tina Peters' son, Remington Peters, member of the elite Leaping Frogs SEAL team, died when his parachute failed to open in May of 2017.

In the beginning of the 7 min clip Bannon pitches to Shiva, noting (for dramatic effect) that Shiva is "pressed for time." Transcript below to video in link above. Choose your antidote.
Bannon: Okay. we're at the Alliance Center, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I want to immediately go to Dr. Shiva. Doc, you got a couple of slides. I know you are pressed for time. Take it away. Walk us through your analysis.
Shiva: Great. What I want to do is, let's go to slide one, which is the first slide... ah... that's not the first slide. it's the first slide, its got the colors on top guys. ... Slide one..., so..., we'll wait..., uh..., there's four slides... yeah... yep... that's ... there we go... there go. Yeah, there it is that's slide one, there it is, great.
So, let me walk though, people. So, what we did was, we did simple, 25 minute math. There are..., at the Cyber Symposium yesterday, Mike shared with us, what he thought was, uh, was the results that he thought that he got from how Trump's votes were flipped. Right? He actually shared whole numbers. And those are listed in columns D and E. Everyone see that... for Trump and Biden. In column B and C are, if you can stay on that first slide... on the top... uh, are listed the actual numbers that are for, that were actually reported by the news media. Okay? Very simple. In columns F and G we simply calculated the percentages. Okay?
So, according to the Cyber Symposium by way of example in Alabama, Trump would have got 67%, and in, according to what was reported it was 62.991 % and so on. So if you go to the next slide you'll see that we've done that calculation all the way down. Now we go to slide number two. And we've done that, oh... that's the first slide... next slide... next slide. So, we've done that calculation, slide one, were on slide two guys... yeah... slide two is just numbers... at the bottom of that slide what you'll find is that the difference between what the Cyber Symposium ... hold right there, hold right there... what the Cyber Symposium reported, the one where it says 4.2% at the bottom... guys... hold it right there. Bring that up. So, if you look at every state, Steve, and you look at every state the difference between the Cyber Symposium reported numbers and the reported numbers by the official number is..., guess what it is? 4.2%. Let me repeat what I'm saying. Simple math. Every state was subtracted by 4.2%. 42, if you remember the 'Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy', the computer runs for 72. million...
Bannon: Yeah, Yeah, walk people through it real quickly. How do you get that calculation again?
Shiva: So, for every state, you take, we take the number actually reported by the media, how much Trump got, how much Biden got. Okay? So, you get a percentage, Okay? That's in, the, ah, in the first, ah, that's in column H. Okay? Everyone following? Column H is the number that was actually... I'm sorry, column G is actually the number that was reported by the news media. Okay? Column F is the number that was reported... to use the number that was reported by the Cyber Symposium. Every one got it? (Shiva makes a perfect O.K. sign with his right hand). So, which one's right? So the difference, if you simply take the difference between what the Cyber Symposium reported, for every state, and what the news media reported, its 4.2%.
"It's not even a crazy formula, Steve - it's just they subtracted 4.2%. So my conclusion on this is something very simple: either this whole thing is a hoax, disinformation to try to actually take away the real substantive issues of election fraud like ballot images, et cetera. It's the biggest disinformation campaign being done using a very wonderful man... Or that there's a bunch of nerds out there who simply said "we're gonna just subtract votes by 4.2%" That's what the difference is. So either it's a hoax, or people read the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy."
Bannon: How do you... let's say the latter, does this show you... what... your analysis, because you haven't got into the raw data, so you...
Shiva: I'm looking at...
Bannon: The data that was... yeah. But that's data that's representative, you don't know that that's actual... you're not saying whether you're verifying that the data, what's the...
Shiva: Like Mike said, what I'm saying is, that if you look at the data that Mike Lindell presented yesterday, and if you just draw a line its a perfect line.
Bannon: Yeah.
Shiva: X axis you have the percentage...
Bannon: Yeah, bring the line across...
Shiva: So if you.., X axis is the percentage, it says that its being reported, you zoom in on that at the bottom, its like what Mike Lindell reported. And the Y axis is what the official results are for Trump. Its a perfect line, Mike (Shiva calls Bannon Mike by accident). This is either completely impossible, or its a hoax, to do disinformation to make this thing (Cyber Symposium) look like completely bogus and that's what the nuance is here.
Bannon: Right. Or, or the CCP, this is just, in their mathematics, they just said, "Let's just do it..."
Shiva: Did it by gross... its just 4.2% across, every, including Washington, D.C.. Now either, look, in the last 10 years the CCP's mathematicians always rate top 10 out of ...
Bannon: You're saying you would not expect them to be that unsophisticated?

The New York Times announced Thursday that the Justice Department had seized the phone and email records of one of its reporters, Ali Watkins.
According to the Times, Watkins was notified of the "secret" seizure in a letter back in February. The DOJ was reportedly tracing information as part of a classified investigation into leaks occurring in the Trump administration.
According to the letter, DOJ collected Watkins' phone records between Feb. 1, 2017, and July 1, 2017, in addition to all emails relating to two of Watkins' personal email accounts, "from account inception" through November 2017.

And then I was told by our team not to put the data out. There was a couple of reasons for that. One is that when I went to give that to the President on January 15th there was a government gag order on it and I needed him to sign that to release that out to the world. And, ah, God did give us grace. But that order never got signed that day. Well, I do have news. After, it was last summer when Dennis Montgomery went to Nevada to try and get that gag order signed, or, get it released by the government so we could take all that and say, "Hey! Take this" Especially you know, when I got all these billions of dollars worth of lawsuits. I sit and pump money into these machine companies that this is their big game. And you've got, I mean like ES&S right up in Omaha, Nebraska. They're waiting for the other two, Smartmatic and Dominion to run out the clock. Then they can come in and say, "Well, ours weren't as vulnerable as theirs were.

In the Devolution Power Hour # 84 discussion, and what caught my attention was the remark by Burning Bright of how similar he found the word usage, sentence formation, syntax and I will add 'composition of thought' to his observation about similarities in Q drops and in Higgins' The Memo.

Anyone who follows my posts and comments knows I follow and have followed Mike Lindell closely for... well for as long as he has been a public political figure.
What I will attest to is that the phraseology highlighted in the 10/07/22 and 10/08/22 Lindell statements that ring very similar to the phraseology used by Rich Higgins in The Memo had never been used in Lindell public statements prior. I have monitored all that are made on frankspeech and every one that gets put up on youtube or rumble or where ever I can find it.
Not suggesting Higgins is (was) Q, though even a Q apostate like Patel Patriot has stated he strongly believes that Higgins was high up in what ever Q organization exists. Burning Bright is even more convinced and I am looking forward to his analysis.
What I am saying is that I do not think that the similarity in Lindell's statements and the wording in the The Memo is a coincidence. I think that it is intentional and is just one more data point that buttresses a conviction formed during Mike Lindell's Cyber Symposium in August of 2021 that the entire Lindell narrative is an integral part of the Q plan.

I have been drawing attention to the fact of Dennis Montgomery's (now Mike Lindell's 90% owned) 32 terabytes of 2020 Election PCAP data collected from 03 to 06 November 2020 that contains a blue dye electronic marker that Mary Fanning states Montgomery had inserted in the copy of the Scorecard software source code, surrendered on 19 August 2015 to the FBI (along with the Hammer software source code) in exchange for immunity (granted after review of the 47 hard drives surrendered to the government) to testify about massive government spying in the U.S. on American citizens and government officials across the nation. Mary Fanning also states the FBI allegedly turned these copies of Hammer and Scorecard over to the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community.
Setting aside the fact that the FBI has "got some splainin to do" about the blue dye electronic marker in Lindell's PCAP data, a significant portion of which is claimed to originate from servers located in China, Fanning also makes the following statement:

During the Cyber Symposium on 10, 11 and 12 August of 2021, Lindell showed extrapolations of the flipped vote counts in every state in the nation, to include Alaska and Hawaii. That's a lot of real estate to have collected the data from not to mention islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
The question becomes, what is Mary Fanning exactly saying when she talks about "the transfer point." I don't know much on this subject, but I know she can not be talking about one transfer point. Below are a couple of links to a map showing where international submarine fiber optic cables make landfall on the continental U.S. coastline and a link that provides some data on major U.S. internet exchange points. Provided just to get a sense of the number and scope of the kind of access one would have to have at the major choke and exchange points to cover all the bases to get all the data from all the states to be able to make those "extrapolated" flipped vote counts in every state presented at Lindell's Cyber Symposium in 2021.
By Lindell's account, he acquired the data on 09 January 2021 and the data was double and triple validated before presentation at the August 2021 Cyber Symposium. Got no problem with the time line, its getting 32 terabytes of data into one egg basket (Dennis Montgomery's egg basket) that I am having trouble getting my head around.

As an aside, to keep the record and the timeline straight, it has been represented in court documentation (Konnech v True the Vote, Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips) that:
"Mr. Hasson invited Defendant Phillips to a hotel room in Dallas, Texas at midnight in January 2021 to show him what he allegedly found on a Konnech server in China, and that Mr. Hasson then gave Defendant Phillips a copy of that data on a hard drive."

Just to keep this a two-body and not a three-body problem, lets just assume that all satellite broadcast / received data had to be routed through major terrestrial internet exchange points (transfer points) at some point in the process and therefore susceptible to collection without having to directly intercept the satellite communications.
Some of the submarine fiber optic cable landfall locations and potentially all of the major U.S. internet exchange points appear to be the top level at which access would have been required to collect the 32 terabytes of PCAP data and not all of which, Lindell has stated, originated from an overseas location. Some of it is domestic only point-to-point collected data.
I hope I have clearly laid out what appears to have been required to collect the massive amount of data claimed and the large-scale access operation required to accomplish the task.
So, the general narrative so far is, Dennis Montgomery collected all the internet based election manipulation with Hammer and Scorecard (I'm sure there are more collection and analytic tools required, but lets just stick to the narrative parameters we have been given so far) of the 2020 election.
Further and we can deduce, since Dennis Montgomery is a software engineer, is 69 years old and not in the best of health, he is not the guy who is going to go out and hands-on facilitate access (clandestinely or covertly) to a select set of international communications submarine fiber optic cable heads and the bulk of the major U.S. internet exchange points, and then also facilitate routing of all the captured target communications data from the collection points to where ever his collection monitoring and analysis facility is located.
There is a lot of planning, logistics, coordination, equipment, man hours and lot of bandwidth required in this operation. If the collection at the transfer points was not accomplished either clandestinely or covertly, under what authorities was it accomplished openly. More importantly, does Dennis Montgomery have the juice to order it done? As a private citizen I do not think Montgomery can have pulled this off without a lot of help, and a lot of that help would have had to be "inside" help of one form or another. Access to the facilities housing the transfer points is restricted and access to equipment itself is secured in those facilities (electronic locks on the doors, cameras, and locked cages within the equipment spaces.
Now, back to the point of this post.
Let's try walking back the cat on the 2016 election.

Factoring in what Russian special operators pulled out of those 39 bio-labs in Ukraine before the other troops crossed the border, which the Russian Ambassador to the UN has presented at numerous Security Council meetings, and observing that both China (with a veto in the Security Council) and India have backed Putin's special operations in Ukraine, I'm also opining that we are going to learn that the China Virus is really a Ukraine Virus and that China and the city of Wuhan were victims of a frame job. No sauce for that, just spitballing to see what sticks.
In 2016 Putin and XI (and possible Modi) did not interfere in our elections or collude with the Trump campaign, but there were some unscheduled switch maintenance and brown outs at international transfer points.
And Hillary lost the election.
Knowing the best places to temporarily block the outgoing lines of communications from Russia, China and India, in real time (detection of the start of manipulation and informing the right party what communication links and or channels to shut down on the other end) would be right in line with Dennis Montgomery's area of expertise.

Plaintiff’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Eugene Yu, will be arraigned on Friday October 14th before the Superior Court of California, Los Angeles County, on felony charges sounding in theft of personal identifying information of American 2 election workers – at which time Defendants are reliably informed, the indictment against Mr. Yu will be unsealed.
Plaintiff’s Motion to Amend the Complaint materially alters this controversy, creating new issues requiring Defendants’ review and evaluation in order to enable this Court fully to be apprised and informed preparatory to the eventual resolution of the case.
The unsealing of Mr. Yu’s indictment will enable this Court more effectively to assess the credibility of the only evidence supporting Plaintiff ‘s essential contentions in this action - Mr. Yu’s affidavit unenhanced through live testimony and untested through cross examination. Further illuminating as it shall, the lack of reliability of Mr. Yu’s affidavit, the unsealing of the indictment will bear with particularity on the inappropriateness of the Temporary Restraining Order’s (“TRO”) mandate for specific performance (i.e., disclosure by Defendants of specified information). Courts are extremely reluctant to grant injunctive relief mandating specific performance.
The unsealing of Mr. Yu’s indictment will also lend further clarity to the restrictions precluding any disclosures by Defendants in this action - augmenting thereby Defendants’ affirmative defense of Necessity to Plaintiff’s Motion to Show Cause. As earlier represented, Defendants have been reliably informed by federal law enforcement that compliance with Paragraphs V, VI and VII of the TRO would jeopardize national security and the physical security of the individual named in the last hearing. Mr. Yu’s unsealed indictment should afford this Court greater clarity in evaluating Defendants’ justification for non compliance with these paragraphs. Further limiting compliance with these paragraphs, Defendant Phillips testified before the Grand Jury that indicted Mr. Yu and he continues to be bound by the secrecy of that proceeding which he was sworn to uphold. (Said secrecy may be attenuated by the unsealing of the indictment – further auguring the allowance of more time for Defendants further to respond to the TRO.)

Plaintiff Konnech, Inc. (“Konnech”) files this Motion for Leave to Amend its complaint to add Mike Hasson as a defendant, and shows as follows:
On September 12, 2022, Konnech filed this lawsuit and on September 13, 2022, the Defendants accepted service of the complaint. Since the complaint in this action was served more than 21 days ago on Defendants, Konnech seeks leave of Court to amend its complaint to add Mike Hasson as a defendant to this action. Mr. Hasson is the individual that Defendants True the Vote, Inc., Gregg Phillips, and Catherine Engelbrecht (the “TTV Defendants”) identified on October 6, 2022 in open court—after being repeatedly ordered by the Court to do so—as a person involved in accessing Konnech’s protected computer without authority and allegedly taking data obtained therefrom. Specifically, Defendants claim that Mr. Hasson invited Defendant Phillips to a hotel room in Dallas, Texas at midnight in January 2021 to show him what he allegedly found on a Konnech server in China, and that Mr. Hasson then gave Defendant Phillips a copy of that data on a hard drive. This Court, during that same October 6 hearing, stated that it wants Mr. Hasson added as a defendant to Konnech’s Complaint.
Accordingly, based on the TTV Defendants’ admissions and representations to the Court, and pursuant to Rule 15(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Konnech moves this Court for leave to add Mr. Hasson as a defendant to this action. A proposed First Amended Complaint is attached hereto as Exhibit A.

ORDER To Comply With TRO (proposed)
Came on for consideration Plaintiff Konnech, Inc.’s (“Konnech”) Motion to Show Cause and For Contempt Against Defendants of the September 12, 2022 Temporary Restraining Order (“TRO”). At an in-person hearing on October 6, 2022, the Court again ordered Defendants to disclose to Konnech the identity of the individual that Defendants True the Vote, Inc., Gregg Phillips, and Catherine Engelbrecht (“Defendants”) claim was involved in accessing Konnech’s protected computers1 as required by subsection v of the TRO. At that hearing, however, Defendants’ counsel read into the record the name of a single person in response to subsection v of the TRO, but did not otherwise identify any organization that individual is involved with as required by the TRO, nor did Defendants state or identify whether any other persons or organizations were involved in accessing Konnech’s protected computers despite their previous public statements referring to the involvement of multiple persons. Having considered the parties’ briefing and the argument of counsel, the Court finds that Defendants remain in Contempt of subsections v, vi, and vii of the TRO.

On September 15, 2022, and in lieu of complying with the TRO, Defendants’ counsel filed under seal an ex parte letter addressed to the Court which states that it identifies an individual whom they claim is actually responsible for the alleged unauthorized access of Konnech’s computers and the theft of its data. (Doc. 15.) However, the individual’s name was redacted from Konnech’s copy of the letter, and Defendants did not otherwise purport to comply with subsections v, vi, or vii of the TRO. Specifically, subsection v of the TRO required Defendants to identify “each individual and/or organization involved in accessing Konnech’s protected computers.” Defendant Phillips previously referred to the persons who allegedly gained unauthorized access to Konnech’s computers as his “analysts,” and his “guys,” thus signifying more than one person.

At the end of the day I still go with my gut that Mike Hasson was the courier (like Mary Fanning was for Mike Lindell) to pass the Konnech data to Gregg Phillips and (like Mike Lindell's 32 tera bytes of data) Dennis Montgomery is the source.
