I personally feel that this is less of a logistics issue (given that one or more billionaires are involved in this entire project), and more of a, well, security issue, so to speak. Because as far as I can understand, plenty of Dark Hats are yet to be grabbed / arrested, and given that folks like the CIA / FBI etc. are involved in here, I'm assuming technological interferences of a highly advanced nature (towards this project) are MORE THAN likely.
So then that's why things are proceeding at the pace (and in the ways) that they're proceeding at now, I'm guessing. Waters are being tested at practically every single step, and decisions regarding when to move, when to pause, when to stop, when to move again, are being made accordingly as such.
A very, very, complex puzzle for them to solve given the sheer amount of entities (government, military, spies, big tech, big pharma, hedge funds and whatnot) and conflicting interests and numerous other volatile factors being involved in here (as part of the Grand PLAN), is what I feel as being the case in here.

In that ultimately, each of us aligns ourselves to either a positive or negative time-stream (depending upon the TYPE of majority of our thoughts, feelings, intentions, beliefs, and, above all, expectations). In that, people with more of a positive attitude and expectation from life (optimists) will actually, LITERALLY experience a positive future, while people who (inwardly) expect negative / depressing things to happen (i.e. pessimists), will find themselves living exactly just that!

While I do indeed see where you're coming from, I do still feel that you may be applying your logical mind here somewhat. For "reality" as we know it left that particular logical path quite some time back, if you get what I'm saying. Q1: March looked like a fiery red, fire energy month. April looked rather calm (before a storm?). And finally, I sensed a great, warm, LIGHT of Truth and Love and Joy emerging in the month of May.
Q2: I'm getting that May, June, and July, upto Mid-August, would be months of great LIGHT and REVEALING and TRANSFORMATION. The entire year itself seems like a year of transformation (that being the CORE THEME for the year), with the above mentioned months featuring some rather, let's just say, tumultuous activity.
Q3: Yes. The COVID agenda will be publicly exposed for one and all to see this year.
Q4: Not getting a clear "yes" here. Most likely stalled(?) for a bit? Idk.
Q5: Yes. The US election fraud will get exposed this year.
