It's slightly concerning without knowing who or why but I can tell you these things are all over the country and can be bought and used by just about anyone. I know several people who own this equipment to spray and fly on cover crops. I won't go so far to say this is fear mongering but it's pretty close.

Came here to make a comment on the new avatar things. Now I have to reassociate the images to whom they belong. I used to know at a glance who posted/commented. Now I have to learn all over again! I wish this was my biggest gripe in life. kek
This happened March 18th It's now in the Senate - Received in the Senate and Read twice and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.
