A whois lookup for communities.win (the main hub for these series of forums) turned up nothing. It was registered through Epik, Inc. and all of the other information is "redacted for privacy." Maybe owned by this Epik, Inc. itself? They seem to be a domain registrar, so I'm not sure why. Probably have more luck just asking "C" themself.
