Go carnivore. I started with keto for a few months, lost 55 lbs. I stalled out and decided to try carnivore, beef high fat. A lot of problems changed or completely went away. Im a vet and I have a number of things that I had issues with. Sleep, joint pain, brain fog, etc. 1st week of keto I shit like crazy, then one day I woke up and felt like I took that pill from the movie limitless. I was sharp, I felt good. Then my joint paint was reduced. I could never wake up by myself and now I was up every morning at 8am. I felt so good. I lost 55 lbs and then I stalled out for a few weeks and decided to try carnivore. It took about a week for me to notice the changed. I felt strong. the desire to do things that I didnt want to do popped up. I wanted to walk, and lift weights. Seriously, carbs are poison. Cut that shit out. I also Intermittent fast, with one meal a day. I dont count calories, I just eat until im comfortably stuffed. I eat beef, eggs, bacon, butter, salt and water. The only thing that I take is and electrolyte mix in the morning. However you can get that shit from your meals. The food industry and big pharma have a vested interest in you eating their shit, and being unhealthy. You are nothing but an income source for them. I used to roll my eyes at people that said that, and now im one of them. Check out Dr. Ken Berry. Thats a good place to start. Good luck

Im noticing a lot of arguing about this or that... The thing that im more interested in, is why is this dude wearing gloves, poofy jacket, a mask. You literally cant see his eyes. Why is that not the topic of discussion? The software is there to be able to deepfake voices pretty well now, its boggling my mind why you cant honestly identify if thats actually him, outside of voice. The dude is loaded, has plenty of fuck you money, there is no reason for him to do that except for the opposition to wave it off as Ye is crazy. You guys are more worried about who is our guy or not, instead of why tf is this dude covered tf up. Shit screams psyop.

Kinda hate seeing every tweet posted on here like its a secret message. Just normal pt, a standard cadence that everyone who has served heard a version of. Those are unit flags, and Battalion/Brigade colors with battle streamers. A quick search would have led you to that information. This is just your run of the mill Army fluff piece.

The way I look at it, the only way anything could be done is if the troops called their state representatives in mass. Otherwise if they decided that they will just ignore directives from command they will be removed. Here is an example. I was stationed somewhere where the soldiers had a blackmold issue in the barracks. it was brought up through the proper channels and nothing was done about it. Well some soldiers took it upon themselves to take video and report it to the local news. Now the base has egg on their face, has to answer questions. There were mass cleanings, Command Sergeant majors from brigade level and above walking through the rooms "inspecting" the cleaning. Sure the situation was resolved, however some people that did the right thing were now gone from our unit. The jab situation has no precedent, ands these troops have very little options.

It won't help them. UCMJ holds you to more liability as well as more severe consequences. a civilian doesn't want to get a jab at work? no worries, worse that will happen is you lose that job. Shit doesn't happen like that in the military. punishments are swift and severe. Sure if you witnessed your unit committing some crime UCMJ will protect you for disobeying an order. It doesn't apply here. I'm not saying you are wrong, I'm just saying it will take years and the damage that was done to that soldier is already done. Do you know how damaging a dishonorable/ bad conduct discharge is? that's scarlet letter shit. he'll the VA just now admitted that they will now compensate vets who were around burn pits. Only took them almost 20 years.... don't hold your breath

Some of yall never served so you wont realize that you cant just quit. Every military member is not only covered by the same laws we are, but are also covered by UCMJ. When you are in the military you cant just quit like you can if you work at walmart. Whats going to happen is when they reject that shit, if the command team is ass, they will Article 15 their ass. They will lose rank, and pay at best, or get dishonorably discharged. Now imagine you are a 19-20 something private, with a wife and a kid. You have decent pay, housing allowance, and great medical benefits. Whats his choice? risk losing that for his family? Its a whole different world in the military, it doesnt really turn the same way that it does on the outside. The whole situation sucks, and I hope the tide turns soon before too much damage is done.

  • just a point of reference bois, to the layman when I listen to what I think is a good performance on a piano, a pro can nit-pick this and that, call out perfect pitch, technique etc.. its the same with the military. To my brothers that did this professionally for a long time, you train train train, until its muscle memory. You run battle drills until you die. There is an art to it, you are a wolf. You can recognize other wolves, because they look like a wolf and they talk like a wolf, they have teeth like a wolf. For those of you who never walked in those boots, everything seems suspicious.. I dont fault you on that, even I watched the video several times, and watched every members movement. Observed what they are carrying, observed the gear they wore. This isnt a rescue, this isnt a raid... this is a bumbling infantry unit that dropped in to conduct a training raid, and raided a civilian factory because someone in that unit fucked up. Their Platoon LT is prolly gonna get relieved cause it hit the news and that unit has egg on their face. Anyone who has conducted a high value raid knows a normal infantry unit doesnt hit it. At best they would be local security around the site, and Rangers/SF or another SOF unit would raid it. Combat arms makes up about 1 to 2% of the Army. Thats infantry/tankers/Cavalry etc.. The community gets smaller and smaller as you go up, infantry, rangers, SF, Delta. You know what they are, you recognize them. Not every video with a soldier in it is some highspeed operation that is happening. Rant complete.

Go figure after lurking for so long this is the post that pulls me out... Lets start with what this isnt... This isnt a normal raid because the Army fights 3 to 1 odds. If you are facing a squad you are taking a platoon etc. This is a decent sized factory, and would require way more men to clear. They dont even have a full squad, its just 2 riflemen and an m249 gunner. An infantry squad consists of 2 team made up of a rifleman, grenadier, m249 gunner, and a team leader. Then you have a squad leader that runs the show. Thats Nine members. You only see 3 people clearing it. You see about seven outside, but only 3 clearing... thats weird. Like Stupid weird. Also you can tell that they are not that good.... The team leader is the only one that seems to be at least going to point of domination, checking corners etc.. the other 2 dudes are just pretty much following him. They are Def not Ranger Bat or above... you can tell just how they move and the gear they have on. Anyone who worked in those circles knows what im talking about.

  • After a quick search it turned out to be 173rd Airborne Brigade jumped from an Air Force C-17 Globemaster III during Swift Response 21 at Cheshnegirovo Air Base, Bulgaria, on May 11. They got lost from the training area and raided this dudes shop...
