If there is any form of vaccine passport I would guess it's going to be an app on your phone and hard to fake. If I worked for a large company that was leaning this direction, I would start to document all conversations in regards to convid and the vaccine. I am not a lawyer, but I would bet that they can not fire you for refusing to take the vaccine because of laws we already have in place. If they do fire you, and you can prove that they did because of you refusal to take a vaccine, sue them.
If my state doesn't start to take this kind of stance, I thinking about moving as well.
