As insensitive as #12 is, in the DSMIV book and priors, (It's terminology I was trained to use like many others when I went to college). It only changed in recent years DSMV and after. Look up other current words we use daily without prejudice to describe absent minded people, and those words were deemed just as bad as the word retarded, but words meanings over time change with use. I guess it's now like the "N" word, where only those people can use it.

Sorry, I dont know that, I'm not a photographer. I tried postulating that question as well to them because I was trying to rationalize what would cause the wonky pic. I'm familiar with fish eye lenses and thought this was also some kind of lense related pic.
