25 years ago, while working in hotel security my boss signed us up for a gang awareness program presented by the Police. First they staged a robbery then asked us questions about the robbery/robbers, showing us how bad eyewitnesses can be, as we all had different stories. That was all well and good...
Then during the lecture they told us that Orlando Metro had at least 500 Gangs. That was complete bullshit! I lived in several of the poorest minority areas, and yes, there are a few small gangs, but not 500... No gang problem means no need for a gang awareness program...

If I'm remembering correctly, there are 7-9 types of intelligence, not just what IQ tests for, and they bleed over into each other. Picture an audio graphic equalizer with the sliders set at various levels. Many people excel at one or several, but may be average or low at others. Few are high in many categories.

IQ has little to do with if you are a good or bad person. My wife is a Filipino and I have been there many times and lived there a few years. The average IQ there isn't very high, but the people are sociable, even talkative.
