Why would you assume that every criminal is interested in, motivated to take, or willing to cooperate with standardized testing?
Many criminals are anti-authority by nature.

So if someone already distrusts authority, dislikes being evaluated, or has no incentive to perform well on a test, it raises legitimate questions about how accurately those scores reflect their actual abilities.
My point is that criminal behavior is more complex than simply labeling people as unintelligent. Planning, risk assessment, deception, and avoiding detection all require some degree of thought and decision-making, even if those abilities are being used for harmful purposes.
There's a direct correlation between low IQ, not skin color, and low impulse control, period. Low impulse control doesn't always result in violence, but often it does.
Here is another little-known statistic that most people don't want to talk about.
There were some researchers a few years ago who wanted to study why blacks have higher rates of certain illnesses than Whites.
Sickle cell anemia was of particular interest.
Before they started, they has a working hypothesis: they thought it might have to do with hormones.
Specifically, they thought black males might have higher rates of testosterone than White males, and this might somehow contribute to illness. They didn't really have a REASON to believe this, but they did.
So, they took hormone levels of various White males and females and black males and females.
Here's what they found:
The White males had a slightly HIGHER level of testosterone than the black males, which negated their hypothesis, since Whites don't get the same illnesses, or at the same rates.
They ALSO discovered that the black males had MUCH HIGHER LEVELS OF ESTROGEN than White males.
They also found that black females had higher levels of BOTH testosterone and estrogen than White females.
The researchers stopped there. I think they did not want to "go there" beyond their specific research.
However, I realized that females tend to have higher levels of estrogen than males, and females are also far more emotional than males, on average.

Exactly. IQ and temperament are two different things.
Anyone who has spent five minutes with an affectionate, playful puppy should know that. I mean, what's the IQ of a puppy? But they're intensely lovable and sure as hell not evil or "criminal."

What you're saying doesn't make logical sense.
Why would God create a group of people only for them to become predators of the very society they live in?
If God is all-knowing, then He would already know the long-term consequences of creating people who are intentionally predisposed toward destructive behavior.
He would know:
"This group will eventually damage or undermine what I am trying to build."
If that's the case, then God would be investing time, energy, matter, and resources into creating people who are deliberately handicapped from the start.
That seems self-defeating.
When we look at evolution, we generally see adaptive advantages emerging over time. Organisms develop traits that improve survival and resilience.
For example:
The immune system becomes better at recognizing and fighting threats. Species adapt to changing environments.
Beneficial traits are often reinforced across generations.
Evolution tends to favor adaptations that strengthen a system's ability to survive, not traits that intentionally sabotage it from within.
That's why the idea that people were purposely created to be predators or destructive actors seems difficult to reconcile with either an all-knowing creator or the broader pattern of adaptive improvement we observe in nature.

There is no violent genes that nature "ON PURPOSE" gave black people. As I said... That wouldn't make any logical sense.
Thats another matter which is still being argued about, my post was about black folks DNA.
We are 50% Nature and 50% Nurture, there are plenty of Ghetto whites, but there isn't as strong of a team sports culture among them. Both Black and White Kids typically don't turn out well in households with Multi-daddies.
