My problem is allergies (I bet when I was a little girl vaccines damage my immune system) and some other inmune problems but I am introducing little by little cow meat. I have not eating a lot of red meat for 11 years or more, once in a while I eat pork but make me sick. Carbs are sugars so I have 2 b careful with them too. I am so sorry to hear that, keep fighting it because I have a lot of diseases including liver cirrhosis even though I do not drink but I am thinking might be mercury from seafood so I should stop eating seafood. According to the doctor I have “mitochondrial antibodies problems” I do not care I think doctors creates problems with medications and of course the chemicals in our food water etc. I will keep fighting and don’t let doctors to inject me with nothing.
