- Sanity breaks from all this are of the highest importance.
- Happiness is not guaranteed during this period of time. You must create it, find it, cultivate it for yourself.
What's the point of going through this period of time if you're burned out, angry and incapable of actually helping when the time comes?
Go do something else for a while, respectfully.
