Also, in studying the nighttime video, I saw birds flying in front of the WH as if they had been startled. Then after I noticed the birds, I saw this video where someone does a full analysis, and mentions the birds too. Now I definitely leave open the possibility that something other than a service vehicle caused the flashes. Whether they are testing systems and/or doing preliminary work in preparation for a demolition (fake nuking by Russia?), only time will tell.
