Not just stores in 1 shop center but other businesses outlying. My 1st thought was a 'test'. As for the employees, offer relocation packages (which may be a good thing for them). Surely other businesses will fold or move too. Also Trump doesnt have to sell his properties, just board up until he takes over the WH. He will have to cancel or not renew leases of other companies who rent offices in his buildings - that may encourage those businesses to leave NY too.
