I had one kiddo that had a T&A before the age of 2 and one at 12. The little one did fine. The older one was down for about 2 weeks. I couldn’t get her to drink anything, not even the liquid pain medication. She had an aversion to liquid medicine before the surgery and still does today, which made the entire ordeal so much worse. The take away should be to make your child take the liquid pain medicine, make him drink, and do not allow him to eat anything hard like Doritos or fried chicken just because he’s feeling better and begging for it. You don’t want to break away the scab prematurely. . . I’m sure you’ve read about postop hemorrhaging. I worked in surgery for prob 15 yrs and never once was called out to cauterize a post T&A bleed. Nope. I’m numb. Beginning to feel like I’m controlled opposition and it’s my job to sit on my hands while all implodes and everyone around that knows me thinks I’m crazy for what I’ve been claiming. Not that I give a damn who thinks I’m crazy but it’s just hard to continue to battle your immediate family.

Yep . . . Could have left Alan Jackson out of comparison. First, I would guess that Pres DJT and AJ share the same fans/followers. Two, Alan Jackson stood up from the front row of a Country Music Awards show and walked out as Beyoncé began performing. I think he was banned from the CMAs after that but pretty sure he’s lost no sleep over it! Nashville has fallen to the left IMO.
My Asperger’s kid got on a rant about this and says that Biden is planning to “bale them out” with our tax dollars, giving in to their demands. But, I’ve no doubt that the govt already subsidizes the crap coming out of Hollywood!
