And even with the Chinese forces elsewhere, Taiwan would not be able to invade China to the point where it would actually be detrimental for China. I'm confused...why would military tribunals be hiding behind scotus? To protect the snowflakes from losing their minds? I don't understand the logic behind it. Military tribunals act completely separate from the court system so why would this be any different?
