Definitely check your vitamin levels. Vitamin D deficiency can cause symptoms similar to anxiety. Depending on your symptoms, you might want to look into ghost pipe (Monotropa uniflora) it's a plant that I make tincture out of for my husband's anxiety symptoms. He gets racing heart and dizzy spells. This does the trick for him. We only pick a handful and it makes more than enough tincture to last a year. Idk worth looking into. Probably not going to work for everyone but it's been a life saver for us.
