I knew this was going to happen when Republicans did this back in November. When are they going to learn they can't negotiate with the Dems?
I've seen some footage of a missile depot(I think) that was hit. Link here https://youtu.be/UHdMLQmD47s?si=PWi5fzHjp4Sgk1K7
It's clear that these RINOs can't actually govern. Jordan got less votes than the Dem nominee during the last vote! It's embarrassing. There's no way I'm voting for any of these RINOs when they're talking about begging to the Dems to save them from their own incompetence.
Where do you get that she can withdraw before Nov 5th? She already plead guilty on record and has already provided proffered testimony for the prosecution. My understanding is there's no backing out now and it's she tries to they're going after her for the felonies.
The link you posted is just a list of definitions to clarify what the code refers to when it uses certain words. It doesn't "define the US as a corporation" broadly, it just defines what the code means when it uses the term "United States". It only applies in the context of that code, which only outlines the procedures for federal debt collection. People can owe money to a federal corporation (the Tennessee Valley Authority is one example) and that code explains how the federal government connects those debts.
Having a DUNS number doesn't prove it's incorporated. I used to work for a company that did government contract work and they required everyone bidding to have a DUNS number. It was just the system they used and because of that they had a number in the system as well so that bidders could reference that number.
That's my point, if you read what was quoted from the Detroit News, it says that the investigation confirmed that the registrations were dropped off but that they weren't processed, no extra voters were registered. It also says that it wasn't the company that directed it, but that an employee was just being lazy and trying to get paid without collecting real registrations. The article the gateway pundit quoted from the Detroit News completely disagrees with what they're saying which is why I'm asking why they would quote such a lefty news site.
Am I reading this wrong? The article says that those registrations were delivered but rejected. It also says that it wasn't intentional by the company, just that an employee at the company was being lazy and didn't actually do the work to get real registrations. This seems like a nothing burger. Why is the gateway pundit using a far left news site as a source? This makes me suspicious.
At a close enough range there is enough force that the round can travel straight through the body. There wouldn't be much blood at first until it started pooling. Depending on how heavy a person's clothing is, that can prevent splatter as well.
