It takes at least 5 years to develop a new vaccine. Then, there are clinical trials and approvals until vaccines are ready for distribution. So, about 8 years in total is the shortest timeframe for all to be done under normal circumstances.
Think about this question: How is it possible for a vaccine be distributed in Warp Speed time, say 6 to 9 months?
Answer: The vaccines were already being developed and in progress Prior to our knowledge of Covid. The Chinese released the bioweapon in November (some say as early as September) and (Big Pharma) vaccines minus clinical trials and approvals were almost ready for distribution. Can you see that just this one fact defeats your overall point that the Constitution itself is irreparibly flawed and must be eliminated. Isn't it better to think about construction, making improvements to a brilliant masterpiece, rather than deconstruction and then what? After all, the flaws in people will not go away, even if the Federal government went away. This fact is another reason your proposition would not provide remedy. First, the Constitution though trampled, still exists. Second, the Military is the only way; Military Intelligence, Marines and Militias. Third, it is our moral duty to uphold the Constitution. Fourth, Revolution is a last resort violent act. It took our Founders 30 years to reach that point. We are just now awakening, and we are not there yet. The purpose of a 'vaccine' is to prevent/protect from the disease. Post vaccination, the person vaccinsted cannot get the disease. The purpose of an experimental drug using mRNA is ??? I don't know. The reason why it may be possible to become reinfected is because the experimental drug using mRNA technology is NOT a true vaccine.
