The USPS is just another gov't clusterfuck! I sent an earnest money check for real estate purchase via certified USPS mail. 2-day delivery mind you. Tried tracking. Got Supervisor involved. Also, the F D A doesn't actually "approve" any drug or device, they give "clearance" for it. This absolves them of any liability from harm caused by said drug/device.
