The only real way to tell on video is either by ai which can give you a percentage value of deep fake or not, which isn't that accurate, or slowing video down frame by frame and seeing either corrupted video blocks around rendering areas or imperfections of natural movements in eyes, mouth, hair, wrinkles, skin/tattoo markings, extraction markings around sunglasses, straws, cups, etc by the face.
It's damn near indistinguishable now trust me, with enough time, effort, and processing power you can fake anything you want, even mannerisms.
