I think that people do listen to other people than just these two. Some people don't like Tucker and don't listen to or hear him when he speaks. And I think that a week, month and year from now that people will hear from others than just these two people. NCSWIC

Yes! I really wish the MSM wasn't so successful at getting people fired up for $. But every single time someone gives it air they are making it worse. For some reason people here can see it with covid but not with trans or drag story hour. Then these things have an outsized influence. Stop taking the bait!

The papers sold, the links got clicked and the news was watched. They got all they wanted out of this "news". There's new stuff up to consume though.

It is painful to imagine the times I've wanted the world to stop and listen to me and address the things I want addressed, answer the questions I want answered and care about the things I care about. We're born that way and many of us stay that way when others grow out of it. What a time to be alive!

One of them makes a shit ton of money, and the other one doesn't. MIC Most people are not confused by this. There are simply more monetary incentives (to rich and powerful people) to make war, than there is to build a wall. This is an unfortunate reality. It's a horrible truth. Normal people understand this and dont like it, but don't really feel like they can live their one life and stop war after thousands of years of it. Its horrible. And I want world peace too, but uhhh.. yeah.

Seems like being genuine, having good faith, and doing your best to be loyal and true to the people you associate with is the more desirable way to conduct oneself.

After all, this is one of the more important things we do as Americans. Choosing leaders should be done with sincerity, imo.

Most adults understand that light banter and totally forgettable discussion is the appropriate level of casual interaction at work. There's an enterprise that should be occupying your higher order thinking and that one is paid to do, is the conventional wisdom. Other than stopping working and becoming an unproductive drop out that causes massive disruption to people's lives, I'm never sure what people expect to see happening.

Dancing with anyone is ritual sacrifice behavior!

Yup. Line dancers and pagan sacrifice rituals. Reminds me of Footloose! He ruined the whole town with that devilry!

Grievance collectors. The whole world is out to get them. Things are "unfair" and they are forever embattled and at risk of being destroyed. Thue, everything is an existential threat and therefore the stakes couldn't be higher and no behavior or action I take or thing I say is too much. You know the type. They don't have to be responsible or feel any responsibility toward a social contract. Also they are martyrs in their own mind.

Yeah my colleges didn't teach me that either. I can't imagine so easily being led astray. Now sometimes, just like here they offered points of view that I didn't hold but I wasn't "brainwashed" or otherwise forced to abandon any notions that didn't sit right with me, after examination from all sides. Offered many opportunities to practice critical thinking but not be held to any mistaken positions once they didn't withstand scrutiny with new and/or revised and updated information. Man, I Iearned some stuff that I wish weren't true. But it is, and man this place is complex.

Anyway, glad you came back around. Pretty spectacular place.

Many will give anything to come here. Not just bad people. And they don't have to be subhuman and part of some evil plan to want to come here. It's that good! Like you said, "anything".

I wasn't ever taught in public schools to hate America.
