It’s the date I’ve been waiting for, but not exactly sure why.

I want to say it does seem like some people are coming out of their propaganda-induced stupor, and then on the other hand a few clowns in my office are wearing masks all day long, and I heard the virus will be coming to Philadelphia by train soon, arriving on 4/18, so they will be reimplementing mask rules there… so I don’t know anything…

And every time one of us reads a quote like this, two more of us open up their bibles knowing that God wins.

I think that one won’t go over too well with normies, fitness is not political. Pushing the Overton window too far

Wow thank you so much for the in-depth advice!

Never really considered that humans might NEED something in fish. I know people have sworn by fish oil/omega 3 supplementation, that’s for sure.

I will do what you suggested, taking fish oil and trying IF. Both of those are quite reasonable and what you’re saying makes sense.

Is this a good one to get?

As far as eating good omega 3s only, I’ll try… easily done for my personal meals but I’m also in strong agreement with your other advice, of not being so strict that it makes life awful- not giving up burgers anytime soon :)

By “ One day cut out 1/2 for fasting.”

In other words, one day a week don’t eat breakfast or lunch or snacks until dinner, and the rest of the week skip an occasional meal or two as a bonus?

Thanks again for the advice, I really appreciate it!

Word. I was going for being nice as possible but that’s less important than truly defending your beliefs. Thank you.

I used to have two cocks and 4 hens… those hens ended up with almost featherless backs from so much “mating”, just from the two. We had to get them these goofy aprons to protect their backs.

Get the chickens. If you believe in God then you shouldn’t believe in a superstition that getting them will cause the calamity.

I live in a suburban neighborhood that allows up to 6 hens, and I love every minute of owning them. Especially never having to throw away leftover food (besides chicken, my wife won’t allow it lol), and abundant healthy eggs that keep for a long time.

I think God may have given you this idea and would be happy to see you trying to help yourself. He could’ve given you the idea to stock up on MREs, or the idea to flee the country, but instead your idea is to raise chickens. Do it!!!

Yeah I have to go to NYC sometimes for work and am always relieved the minute the train leaves the station to take me home.

Never felt compelled to post on the internet about it. Except for this post now lol

When pulling out of the driveway to go the in-laws for Sunday dinner last night I realized I accidentally forgot my phone and said “eh, I’ll try going without, my wife’s got hers if there’s an emergency”

Along with socializing that little bit more, I found myself praying and thinking about God when I’d normally be scrolling here

I’m noticing they all share similar styles, unnatural color hair and wear thick intentionally unstylish glasses. Like when someone who likes punk music grows a Mohawk to be different… like all the other punks

Do you think going on a strict “keto diet” have the same effects?

I have some intestinal issues, depression and inflammation and am about at my wits end with it and am seeing over and over just recently that sugar is the root of many physical issues.

What is your opinion of a low sugar diet, as in just eating natural sugar that happens to be in fruits and vegetables? I feel like God provided us with those things to eat and if we were intended to JUST eat meat we would have sharp teeth and short intestinal tracts.

Thanks for all the great advice. I ended up ordering cans of rice, beans, oatmeal, and macaroni from the Mormons linked by Responsible1.

25-30 year life, 50000 calories for $50 (for the beans or rice)

I put an augasun lunch and dinner bucket on my birthday list. 21000 calories for $99, but at least it will be more exciting than beans every day.

I only buy evaporated water. But I add the juice from canned unicorn meat and it rehydrates nicely

Can we sue all these people later for giving unqualified medical advice?

Soooo a cross might upset these people but the presence of the pope is fine. Sounds about right, the cross represents Christ, the pope not so much

Are normies ok with the media covering for people?

That’s insane, who is saying this? Just random commenters or like “famous people”? I live under a rock
