Yeah, this has been bugging me. The leftists assume everything Trump does is illegal so these kinds of semantics games work very well on them. This kind of social manipulation should be countered in public discourse and Team Trump shoukd have been all over that, demanding the dems define which orders might be illegal. Lies and manipulation must be countered in the same arena they're disseminated in.

The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 EXEMPTED vaccine manufacturers from legal liability for vaccines which were approved for the children's recommended schedule.
In 1986 there were 4 vaccines on that schedule. In 2025 there are 15 vaccines on that schedule, with many of them being administered more than once, resulting in 54 vaccinations being "recommended" by the time a kid is 18 years old.
Manufacturers of vaccines approved for that recommended schedule face ZERO legal liability if their vaccine maims or kills someone, which is a golden goose for them, so of course the manufacturers have strived to invent as many new "childhood vaccines" as possible and their lack of legal liability results in a shitty, contaminated, and damaging product which causes autoimmune disease and chronic health problems.
Mystery fucking solved.
