Can you get your hands on N-acetyl cysteine? My understanding is that it helps mitigate the effects. I have nicely ("Oh, you're sick? Here, let me get you some nice orange juice and vitamins and chicken noodle soup!") given sick family members that along with other vitamins, never saying WHY. Got one of them to take ivermectin without him realizing that in addition to the parasites he thought he had (because he was so sick) it too mitigates the effects of that vax.
