Yeah, I bet a lot of their "viewership" is captive audiences like airports and gyms. I'm writing this at my gym right now and some of the old brain dead members are on their recumbent biles, mouths agape, and watching CNN.

I despair.

The following will require a great deal of discipline and perseverance, but I have done this for many years and unlike most of my age cohort, I'm quite healthy and not even pre-diabetic.

Hit the gym or do some vigorous exercise 5 days a week. Aerobics and weight lifting. Start light, and gradually work your way up to longer aerobic exercises and greater weights. I row for aerobics, 20 minutes a day, and get my heart rate up for that prolonged, uninterrupted length of time. It improves heart function. Weight lifting improves bones, muscles, and joints... but again, start low and work up to heavier weights over time. Allow two days per week off to let your body recuperate.

Eat right -- start eating more salads, fish and meat are OK in moderation, and GREATLY reduce sugar intake (or eliminate it if possible) and processed foods. Shop around the perimeter of the store where produce and the more healthy foods are.

I haven't had any alcohol for 36 years now, and my life is incredibly better. Smoking is completely out, and I never did it.

In my experience, very very few people ever follow this advice, and it takes a lot of discipline to stick with it. But hey, we're just talking about living longer and healthier, so it's up to your friend.

My doctor tells me that I am his healthiest patient, especially considering my age. So this pays off.

Gahgh! Yet another tiresome "manifesto" eh? These idiots simply cannot live without penning all their mental illness manifestations into some essay, usually rambling and based on faulty or even mistaken premises. Maybe if our society created a MUST DO guideline to writing a "manifesto," the writers would get so bogged down in meeting those standards that they wouldn't have time to do any actual shooting. We could call it the Government Bureau of Standards for Manifestos, and their sole job would be returning manuscripts back to their authors for revisions after revisions until the would be shooters die of old age.

Number 3 on the list, Tim Burchett, my representative from East Tennessee. Proud to have voted for him.

Hmmm, look at it as a money-making opportunity. Tell them that if they donate to your special fund, you will fight Project 2025. Promote different levels of membership... Gold will get you frequent updates on your "efforts" and should cost about $100/year. Silver will get a bumper sticker, cost $50/year. And so on.

And any "fighting" you do could be done in virtual space and take about 1 or 2 hours per week. Worth a shot.

Came across this fake-assed graphic on a Leftist site. These people are stupid enough to still believe this bullshit.

Well the final days of the Soviet Union were rather chaotic, so I suppose it's possible.

Yeah, I have zero concern about "explosives in my phone"... but I do wonder if when a text is sent via satellite, does it incur extra charges on my phone bill?

Quit calling us a "democracy"... we are a Republic, a HUGE difference.

It sounds like NATO wants to be independent of the US, and by all means, we should accommodate them. Withdraw from NATO cease all funding,, and let them defend themselves.

All of us in the Western Hemisphere are beginning to see radical, even revolutionary, changes. 'Tis the season, apparently; these things seem to run in concurrence. I think it's the fulfillment of the predictions set forth in the book "The Fourth Turning." We now find ourselves at the end of this current Fourth Turning, a time a crisis, and the historical inevitability of the closing of this age and emerging into a new First Turning, a time of relative peace and prosperity, is coming within most of our lifetimes.

I'm hoping you're right about Canada, America needs a strong, reliable neighbor to the north. So good luck to you, Beaver-anon.

I've watched enough foreign films and TV to know that in those northern European cultures (and I include England in that group), the absolute WORST sin one can commit is to appear racist in ANY degree, no matter how slight. These people have been brainwashed so badly that they literally hate their own race. It's sickening, but that's what modern Europe is dealing with, a self-inflicted wound that goes back to their colonial days and now they are forced to feel "guilty" for things their great-great-grandfathers might have done.

While he's at it, he should privatize Social Security too and safeguard it for generations yet to come.

Heh! Someone on my email list sent me a headline saying "Heartbreaking news about Rep. Nancy Pelosi..." The article talked about her fall and hip replacement surgery.

I wrote him back and asked, "What is the 'heartbreaking' part?" So far I haven't heard back from him. Guess I'm just an insensitive troglodyte.

Tim is my representative in Congress, representing the good people of east Tennessee. I've met him several times at various local events and he's the real deal. Unfortunately, his vote is only one among hundreds of others, including RINOs, Democrats, waffling paid-for stooges, and a few idiots who can barely tie their own shoes.

The look of disgust on Tim's face at the end of the video says it all. But I was pleased to vote for him again on Nov. 5, and would do so again in future elections. It takes time to turn things around, I know.

Interesting take... but he didn't further explain the three types of people in the world. I might assume he meant to say 100% noise people and those who are about 50/50.... maybe?
