I believe Q drops at times linked to pictures of her articles with her hand written comments and she would have a pen laying on the table pointing to areas of the article that Q wanted to bring to our attention.

Wife and I tip in cash, tell them it's a gift so don't worry about it being taxed. Gifts are not taxable.

I don't think they have much choice. Trump will have them all deported.

I try to avoid interest whenever I can. It is certainly not ones friend. My home mortgage is the only one I have, on advice of my financial advisor. Seems to be working out ok. Some people just feel better having their house paid in full, and I don't blame them.

If the interest rate is below the inflation rate and your loan is fixed long term, you win in the long run. Example, you have 300K invested long term. You borrow 300K at 3% interest to buy a home, rather than taking your investment and paying cash for the home. Your investment makes over 3%, say 10-12 % which is doable if properly managed. So you make out on the interest earned over that paid, plus the benefit of inflation is on your side as your income rises. The key is to get as low a fixed rate as possible and as long as possible. Credit cards and car loans are a different story due to their higher interest rates, or short term loans.

I do believe it was perhaps colder that that on Jan 6 2021. At least it felt like that.

I was watching news yesterday and saw some of the planes spraying fire retardant on the LA fires. Looked like a military plane with large plume spraying out that fell on the fire areas. I live central Valley below Sacramento and above Fresno. Since the fires broke out our skies here have been solid blue. Prior to that there were crisscross patterns and parallel streaks of what I consider to be chemtrails. This has been almost constant for several years. 'Connecting the dots' it struck me yesterday that perhaps the chemtrail planes have been sent to southern cal for fire suppression. As I look out my window today again a nice clear blue sky. I wonder if I am correct in my thinking.
